Stone house located in a private pasture of 120 Ha., With oaks, olive trees and a stream that crosses it, next to an old castle / farmhouse with a Roman tower and with magnificent views of the countryside of Córdoba, Sierra Morena and the Castle from Almodóvar del Río. It is possible to bring animals. It is located 3 km from the Breña II Reservoir where it is possible to fish and do water activities (skiing, sailing, ...). With proximity to several Andalusian capitals, numerous archaeological sites and natural parks. In the environment, there are many activities to practice: hiking, photography, fishing, hunting, museums, cultural visits ... or just relax in the pasture itself.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Ferienwohnung liegt sehr abgeschieden innerhalb einer großen Ranch. Von hier ist Cordoba gut zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist eine Reise in jedem Fall wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Dusche im Freien sind vorhanden. Wer abschalten will und dennoch kleine Unternehmungen machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mit den Vermietern gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation. Leider gibt es im Garten außer einem Sonnenschirm wenig Schatten, was im Sommer zu beachten ist. Wünschenswert wären Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster. Die relativ lange Anfahrt über eine Schotterpiste ist eher weniger für normale PKW geeignet.

Mejor de lo que esperabamos

Estuvimos pasando el puente de diciembre. Escribimos estas líneas para reconocer a los dueños su tremenda hospitalidad. La casa está muy bien, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor es que está en un sitio precioso, especialmente si vas con niños. Correr con libertad entre los olivos y encinas, los caballos, las vistas del castillo y del valle del Guadalquivir, les encantó. Los propietarios les dieron un paseo en un desvencijado Land Rover de 50 años por la finca y creyeron estar por un momento en Jurasic Parc. Las cuevas que nos enseñaron, sus explicaciones del entorno, su historia y costumbres enriquecieron la estancia. Algo que solo en un sitio así se puede experimentar. Para nosotros que somos urbanitas una auténtica maravilla. Solo tuvimos un problema con el calentador que trataron de solucionar lo antes posible pero al ser festivo se complicó un poco la cosa, pero los dueños pusieron de su parte todo lo que pudieron para resolver el problema. Está muy cerca de Córdoba a unos 10 minutos en coche.

Un buen sitio para los niños

Fin de semana inolvidable en un lugar maravilloso

Pasamos unos días de navidad verdaderamente maravillosos. La casa, preciosa y cómoda, rodeada de naturaleza. Todo invitaba a la paz, la tranquilidad. Nuestras perritas lo pasaron estupendamente, sin peligro y con muchísimo campo para correr y jugar a sus anchas. Nosotras, disfrutando de la privacidad, de la calma, del bellísimo entorno... Ya estamos buscando nuevas fechas para volver. Los propietarios, atentos a nuestras necesidades, y realmente encantadores. Deseando disfrutarla de nuevo!
