Charming, spacious, very clean, and conveniently located 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located in Lotopa about 7 minutes from Apia and 45 minutes from the Airport. Private property down a quiet road, but within walking distance to major grocery stores, restaurants, and bus access. The vacation home comes with air-conditioning, hot water, washer, dryer, fully furnished kitchen etc. Close by supermarkets Siaosi and Frankie's.


**note Samoa is powered by a system called cash power. Due to the unpredictability of customer electricity usage it is not included in the price and is the customer’s responsibility.
