Guests who book from May 18 to September 4 may have one parking pass per unit. Reservations made outside this date range will receive one parking pass per bedroom. Additional parking passes may not be purchased on-site no matter the time of year.

Firm beds

Overall the condo was great. 3 queen beds ( 2 in second bedroom)so sleeping accommodation for six was perfect but the mattresses are very firm so if this is not your mattress preference (ours is not) they are uncomfortable.

Holiday vacation to the beach

This house is as described. Kitchen was stocked mostly. Checkin and checkout was easy. Our landing pass wasn’t in the unit when we got there but it was brought early the next morning after I notified them. Right on the beach, great location. We didn’t use the pool at all bug it was closed the last day we were there. Complex seemed a little dated and smaller but honestly it helped with getting a spot on the beach.

Great Location & Great Unit

It was a great location. Very quick to get to things but still far away from to enjoy the quiet. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. We will definitely be booking this room again in the future.

Loved it!

The room was perfect. Very accessible and right off the elevator. It is a corner condo with a perfect view of the beach. Very close to everything which made everything walkable, which we love. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again. I have booked with Vacasa in the past and they have always been very helpful and accommodating!

Clean and comfortable

We loved our week here. Also that the building is only 6 floors kept it manageable with children. The pool was clean and had floats available. The condo had a great view and access to the beach. There were chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available which saved us time and money. We were able to walk to many stores and activities. Thanks for a great visit!

Nice getaway!

Clean, spacious and comfortable. My grandsons loved the extra bedroom. It was very spacious and had two beds with a lot of room. View was beautiful and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Even found a boogie board in the closet! Only downside was parking. Two bedrooms usually include two parking spots but not during this time of year. Had to park the second vehicle way down the street which was very inconvenient. But this isn't a condo problem this is a complex problem. Otherwise very nice stay. Loved the easy check-in and check-out, very convenient. Thank-you!

Pros and Cons

Loved the balcony and beach view!! Place was clean and great location. The elevator was slow and it wasn't even busy. I hated the back door didn't have a lock even though we were on the 6th floor. No lights in the hallway or the two closets in the hall that housed beach items and washer and dryer, could not see anything even in the middle of the day. The code to get in the condo was 10 digits long so we had to get our phones to look at the code going in and out, they need to shorten it. Not nearly enough of towels, I had to wash what we used. Over all it was a good stay and a nice condo except for those few little things.

Island sunrise

The condo is great but the elevator broke down multiple times each day of our stay, which made it bad since we were on top floor, as well as for the other guests and luggage. The elevator issues will prevent us from returning unless we knew it was permanently repaired or replaced. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful.

Great location and view

Very nice, neat condo. Clean. Great view and easy access of beach. My only complaint is the lack of *some* simple and cheap paper goods that would be beneficial to offer such as coffee filters(saw there was a classic coffee maker but didn’t realize it required filters until AFTER grocery shopping) and an extra roll or 2 of paper towels and extra trash bags for kitchen(only 1 roll provided and 1 bag in can and 1 extra) And none of the tv remotes worked, had to use controls on the satellite box. Other than those few recommendations, the place is great and a great location for the cost! Would stay again.

Relax on the Beach

This was the most relaxing beach vacation my husband and I have ever had! The features of the condo, along with its location, made it possible. A corner condo on the sixth floor, it has a balcony facing the ocean. We would watch the dolphins and birds in the morning, while drinking our coffee on the balcony. Then we would wander down to the beach after eating a simple breakfast in our kitchen. We rented chairs and an umbrella each day, and although a little pricey, the service was fantastic! Having them set up and taken down for us each day meant we didn't have to hurry down to "claim" a spot, or even hassle with carrying and storing them. It turned out to be well worth the money. We enjoyed a few hours at the beach in the morning, and then walked the 60 yards or so to our building when we got hungry for lunch. The full kitchen provided all options for cooking for ourselves, but we would usually go out for dinner in the evening, after another few hours relaxing at the beach in the afternoon. Multiple restaurants with excellent food were within a few minutes drive. The beach itself was clean, with soft, white sand. There was also an abundance of nature! Besides dolphins, we watched herons, pelicans, and ospreys every day. There were also lots of shells to choose from on the beach. There were also jellyfish and stingrays, so you do need to be careful. Since the building has only six floors, the beach area in front of it isn't nearly as crowded. Many of the newer condos have up to 17 floors, and hundreds of units! The fact that it's a smaller building means that it's also older, and perhaps not quite as clean. The baseboards, shower floor, and balcony deck needed a deep-cleaning, but overall the cleanliness was adequate. The unit provided for all our needs, with a well-equipped kitchen and newer appliances. The beds and furniture were fairly comfortable, and the decor was pleasing. The walk-in tiled shower was convenient, and the water pressure was adequate. The stackable washer and dryer turned out to be very helpful, and did a good job despite their small capacity. During our 10 day stay, the elevator was out of commission once for a 16 hour period, which would have posed a serious problem had it gone on longer. Fortunately we only had to climb the six floors of stairs a couple of times. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation, and don't care about upscale amenities, this place is perfect!

Gulf Trip August

This was our 2nd time renting this unit. The building is nice being a bit smaller than other buildings in the area. This is nice becUse the beach area and pool are not crowded at all. A short walk to the beach and the pool in the front is perfect for vacation. We love the location so much and find it very convenient and private. The unit itself is adequate; kitchen is nice but reminder to bring your own Tupperware (none in unit) . Overall wonderful stay for our family of 4!

You won’t be disappointed.

The kitchen was full of appliances. It has an air fryer, keurig, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. It was nice having the washer and dryer(clean out the dryer vent it gets full quick). There were a few beach toys but bring chairs or rent them from the company on the beach in the morning like we did. Highly recommend it. Then you don’t have to lunge beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach was not very busy since we were not near a public access even with it being Memorial weekend. Across the street is a small grocery. Dollars store and restaurants were only about half a mile away. We really didn’t it even have to drive anywhere once we got got here. We walked everywhere except for special places. I will look forward to renting this condos again or from this company again. We had no problems with our condo. Check out was easy no long list of chores like other places.

Great location, just a few tweaks needed

The beachfront location is fantastic and the condo was very clean. However, for what we paid, I expected at least one trash bag and a couple of basic items like coffee filters and salt/pepper to be left for our use. A work crew showed up on several mornings at 9 am to run a generator just outside our door while they yelled to each other on the roof. A security guy accosted us once because we didn't hang our parking pass back up until we parked, which was belittling. Despite these bumps in the road, an overall good trip.
