 Villa tastefully renovated in late 2016, located 5 minutes walk from the sea -criques and beaches - it enjoys a splendid view over the bay of the charming village of Port de la Selva and Cap Cerbere. The environment is very calm. Many terraces with breathtaking views.

The house is divided into two independent apartments, on private and fenced 800m2. There are 10 beds.

The top apartment is composed of a living room with bay windows on 3 sides and splendid view, a dining room, a kitchen, a room with bed of 140, two rooms with each two single beds of which one with sea view , a bathroom with sink and bath, separate toilet.

The lower apartment consists of a living / dining room, a kitchen, a large bedroom opening onto the terrace with dressing room and double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with sink, shower and WC and separate WC.

The house is equipped for 10 people in crockery, kitchen equipment, blankets. There is a dishwasher in each kitchen, a TV and a DVD player at the top.

Garden tables and chairs, "sunbathing" armchairs for idleness.

The village - shops, bars and restaurants, sailing and diving clubs, nautical club - is 10 minutes walk along the seaside.

The natural park of Cap Creus begins at the edge of the village and offers many hiking trails (GR 11). The Cami de Ronda passes under the house and offers lovely walks along the sea.

The seabed is beautiful.

The medieval monastery of San Pere de Rodes overlooks the bay in a grandiose site. A music festival is held in summer in the abbey church.

Cadaques and Port Lligat - where one can visit Dalí's house - are 13 km away. Figueres and its Teatro Museu directed by Dali, Gerona and Barcelona are wonderful day trips.
