Cozy and luxurious detached chalet for 2-10 people

Welcome to the website of Huize Olthof. The house has been in our family for 35 years, but completely renovated in the summer of 2014 and since then in the rental.

The chalet is built in Tyrolean style and suitable for 2-8 people. It is completely free in a large, green garden offering privacy and is situated in the middle of the beautiful Leukental, about a 15-minute walk from the charming village of Ellmau. The house is located at an altitude of 790 m and about 500 meters from the main road and is easily accessible without snow chains.

The area is characterized by the many possibilities for a wonderful holiday. The beautiful and varied ski area of the Skiwelt Wilderkaiser-Brixental is in front of the house. With almost 300 km of connected pistes, it is the largest ski area in Austria ... and guaranteed snow because 90% of the pistes are equipped with snow cannons.

But this area is also attractive in other seasons. When the winter is over, you can walk right behind our house to the foot of the famous Wilder Kaiser Mountains, an overwhelming nature area with countless hiking and climbing routes. Golfers can indulge themselves, because at 900m distance lies the beautiful Wilder Kaiser 27-hole golf course with a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser. 600 meters away is the very extensive Kaiserbad, a swimming pool with many facilities such as heated indoor and outdoor pool, ice cold natural pool, slides, playground, restaurant, sauna and indoor tennis courts. Cyclists can ride many beautiful routes with racing bikes, but especially with mountian bikes or e-bikes.

The living room in the house is furnished with wood and beautiful stucco and furnished with new furniture. A large fireplace is the cozy focal point. Outside, the wood supply is available for you. For the hobby chef there is a new modern open kitchen with Siemens appliances, including a microwave, wagon oven and large American fridge. A cozy wooden corner sofa around the Jogltish completes the picture.

The three bedrooms are furnished with Tyrolean farmhouse furniture. Two rooms have a double bed and one has a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a double sink, bath, shower, toilet and the other bathroom a sink, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

There is a separate room for storing skis and heating ski boots and number of sleds. There is also a garden house with basic sports attributes such as badminton and tennis rackets and a football goal. There is a barbecue and there are garden loungers and parasols.
