The main house is 110 m2, a large, pleasant living room with fully equipped central island kitchen. The adjoining terrace is ideal for outdoor dining with the plancha and the barbecue overlooking the pool!

A 1000 m2 tree-filled garden with 2 closed parking spaces, trampoline, children's cabin.
Plus 1 independent fully equipped studio of 35 m2 with 1 double bed and private bathroom.
A 7X4 secure swimming pool with beaches with deckchairs (swimming pool photos will be updated soon because the wooden swimming pool has been replaced by a brand new shell swimming pool)
