*Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
*Guests have private use of all the amenities.
*Please note: Pool and yard maintenance is done daily between 6 and 7 am.
*This guesthouse is not suited for large parties, please do not book this home to do so.

A slice of paradise! In the morning I listened to eight different birds singing away (identified by my Merlin app) including a Gila woodpecker. We had a great time playing mini golf, pool and hot tub time. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could want! You never have to leave. Super relaxing. We did visit Saguaro NP and Mt Lemmon which are both close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Larry’s guest house was an amazing place to stay. We use all the amenities, including the pool, the hot tub and the game room. The backyard was a relaxing oasis. We would definitely book here again. Larry was a great gift and easy to get ahold of for any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Larry was an excellent host and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed with 2 older kids and they enjoyed all the games, golf activities, and the hot tub. Will stay again when we return to Tucson!

Such a fun house and a great host. House is fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool/play area has toys, floats, balls, racquets, clubs to enjoy all the games. Very clean. Host communicates and is very kind. Definitely book here!

The amenities were the highlight for boys after long days of baseball! Swimming and hot tub time was a nice end to each evening. The host was very accommodating and the unit had everything one could ever need.

The VRBO guesthouse was nice and clean and very comfortable. We rented in particular because of the pool and spa advertised for exclusive use of the guests. When we arrived the first evening kids were sorely disappointed as spa was ice cold. Renters should know the owner lives on property in adjacent house and requires a text to turn on the spa and it takes time to heat and also he requires notice to remove the pool cover to use pool. So you don’t really have access whenever you want.

There was a misunderstanding with this guest regarding the hot tub all he had to do was text me to let me know about the hot tub and it would of been taken care of. To use the hot tub all guests are told to message me with the time they want to use the hot tub and it is ready when they want it. With this guest he did not communicate well as to when he wanted the hot tub so I gave him a $100 refund for the confusion. As for the pool it is kept covered in the winter months to keep the pool heated to at least 80 degrees, no notice is required all guests are shown how to open the cover with the key by the pool equipment, there has never been a problem with any other guest turning the key to open the cover. The guests can use the pool, hot tub, sauna and all the amenities whenever they like.

We absolutely loved our stay in Tucson at Larry’s place! It was a perfect fit for our family. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and while not large, had everything we needed. We spent most of our time exploring the areas around Tucson and then coming back for fun in the backyard of the rental property which was a blast for our kids. Larry was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to think of every detail to make our trip a success. He even brought us a homemade cheesecake! The location of the property was perfect as it was a short drive to Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon. We would absolutely stay here again!

Host, “Larry”, has gone above and beyond to make this vacation home special. I was very impressed with how well this house is stocked, it pretty much has anything you would possibly need. Just bring your clothes and a swim suit, Larry has the rest covered! The house was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, snd very nice linens. The kitchen and living space would be a little tight with a big group, but the yard more than makes up for that. Larry was always quick to respond to any messages and is very persobable. The snacks and homemade treats were just anithrr extra bonus. This was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Grad weekend fun palace.

With a pool, hot tub, putting green, badminton, ping pong, popashot all in your private back yard. The kitchen was perfect and they even had snacks ready for us. Very responsive host - we were lucky to find and book it!! Thanks Alan

Amazing!!!

Larry is an excellent host and has literally thought of EVERYTHING for his guest house and property! He even made us a homemade cheesecake, so yummy! The guest house was clean and perfect for our little getaway! We had such an amazing time swimming and utilizing all of the amenities! Can’t wait to come back! :)
