Round Top's Stylish Hospitality- The Frenchie Boutique Hotel ROOM 10

The Frenchie is composed of three buildings: a circa 1890s farmhouse and a cottage of the same vintage and an art studio built in recent years in the style of an earlier time. While The Frenchie is located within easy walking distance of downtown Round Top, it backs up to an open pasture providing country views and privacy. The Frenchie is a perfect lodging option for the Round Top Antique Shows, Festival Hill, Marburger Antique Weekend & all special events.

Room 10 is an adorable cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen. There is a porch on 2 sides to enjoy coffee or wine while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The Frenchie is a boutique hotel offering limited luxury amenities.
Each room is outfitted with true luxury linens, pillows, towels and robes.
Each room comes with access to our coffee bars.
Each room comes with access to our honor bar (open 24hrs in the main house) where you can purchase sparkling water, Figi water and basic snacks.
Each room comes with access to our fully stocked gourmet kitchen located in the main house (please leave the kitchen as you found it)
Bed sheets are changed after your 3rd night with us.
Each room is equipped with a smart tv with local channels. You may log into any of your personal entertainment accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudu, Hulu, etc.
Each room comes with a clock and bluetooth speaker box.
We do not have onsite room service but there are many great restaurants less than 1 minute away and within walking distance. Please consult your in-room info sheet for our suggestions.
We do not have bell service. If you have special needs getting bags to and from your room please let us know ahead of time. We are happy to help!

Can't wait to go back!

We stayed in the cottage #10 and the accommodations were adorable. We loved the privacy away from the main house, but also enjoyed the main house for any beverages, etc. I am excited to go back in the future. We stayed during the Round Top antique fair, so weren't able to enjoy all of the wonderful property as much as we'd like, but could see where during the year it would be a great place to stay. :)
