Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, near Casteljaloux and the Bastide of Lot-et-Garonne, this cottage is part of a small hamlet of 4 houses also seasonal rentals. With an area of 90 m² and classified 4 stars, the house has 1 bedroom of 20 m² with a bed of 160x200, a bathroom with a bathtub embedded in the ground, a living room-dining room 45 m² with a bed of 120x190, a fireplace, TV, mini-chain, sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge-freezer.
You will enjoy the sweetness of the house, an exceptional environment, with a magnificent view, a garden of 2 ha with fruit trees and organic vegetable garden, a natural swimming pool with its sandy beach, a favorite area for children!
