Pretty house at the foot of the Dune and the forest

We offer our little wooden house at the foot of the dunes without opposite. It has a nice decoration, entirely done up exteriors (big terrace with sunbathing, table, bench, plancha, solar shower, massive paysagé, planters, ping pong, ...), a
optimal comfort (excellent heat and sound insulation, air conditioning, ...), calm away from campsites with just the sound of the waves.

Ideal location 50m from the dune, the forest and its countless cycling and jogging tracks.
The southern coast of the moors has the largest network of forest and cycle tracks in France. You can then go to the other seaside resorts of the Côte Landaise by bike without practically ever using the road. It's quite unique to specify it.
Lovers of jogging will not be outdone: at the doors of the house, a multitude of forest tracks.
The Surf is not forgotten: 50m the Dune and the waves of the ocean. Other surf spots are nearby: Santocha Capbreton in less than 15 minutes by car, the beautiful beaches of Seignosse and Hossegor just after.

Just marvellous

We had a wonderful time at this marvelous, beautiful furnished and decorated house. Certainly not the usual kind of holiday places. Nat and her husband are very warmhearted hosts which made our stay with all their support even nicer. Thanks so much. The house is well equipped, sunbeds and a bodyboard included, the ocean is just across the road and over the dunes one can enjoy a lovely sunset and great waves for bodyboarding. If it comes to further activities you find lots around: aquapark, surfschools, bikes to rend and even a forest climbing parc. If you wanna have an adventures and relaxing holiday as well, the ocean dune house is perfect. Try the bakery in Labenne and the outdoor Plancha!

Fantastischer Ort

Das Haus ist super gelegen direkt an einer Sackgasse, die am Stand von Labenne Ocean entlangführt. Es ist ruhig, hervorragend ausgestattet und geschmack- und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Terasse ist herrlich zum Sonnen und Essen unter freiem Himmel. Zu den Stränden von z.B Capbreton oder Seignosse, aber auch nach Biarritz oder San Sebastian ist es nicht weit. Klare Empfehlung also.

Long week end au bord de l océan avec nos deux fils. On a profité de la terrasse et de la plancha. Environnement sauvage et zen. Juste parfait!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in Labenne. Das kleine Haus liegt direkt hinter den Dünen und lädt sofort durch seine sehr ruhige Lage zum entspannen ein. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gehobene Ausstattung. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin wa sehr gut! Wir haben einige super Tips erhalten und konnten uns jeder Zeit mit Fragen an die Vermieterin wenden! Der Ortskern liegt ca. 800 Meter entfernt und hat nette kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Belle location !

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de l'océan, se balader et aussi avec un accès quasi direct à la Vélodyssée. La location est très agréable avec un jardin parfait pour profiter de l'extérieur. Merci à Pascal et Nathalie pour leyr accueil et bonnes adresses !

Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement non seulement par sa localisation mais par son côté fonctionnel. Petit espace vert bien entretenu avec terrasse . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le calme. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique.

Sehr schönes Häuschen gleich hinter der Düne

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Natalie war nett und unkompliziert. Es war alles toll (wir haben nur die Tischtennisplatte vermisst)
