Relaxing Private property with river access,
2 bedroom / 2 full bath, full kitchen, two story condo on a private gated residential property located on the Spokane river in Post Falls, ID. There is an area for BBQ, picnic, camp fire, swimming, etc at the waters edge. There is access to the lake from the river by boat or water craft. Fine and casual dining available by water or car. We have a boat dock and parking available for personal watercraft and trailer. (Additional fee s apply.) We can offer Captained boat rental for intimate cruise or day of fun on the water. There is a Wave runner available for rent. (Additional rates apply.)
We have guided fishing trips available as well as Pontoon boat rental.

The hosts were super communicative with any issue or question we had. They were very quick to get back to us which we really appreciated. The condo itself was perfect for our family and very well kept. It was very clean and spacious. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Post Falls to visit family.

Very nice property in a quiet, relaxing setting. Kitchen had enough equipment for us to easily cook meals at the location. Would stay there again if I am in the area.

Beautiful location and comfortable unit

We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return sometime in the future. The location is terrific. You get the country feel but your close to restaurants and stores. The unit was super clean and had the amenities that make the stay comfortable.

Everything was great, Owners were very nice and helpful. property was very quiet and home was nice and clean and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. My children loved being on the water and having a basketball court to play on. Will definitely stay again if we are in town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, had all the essentials, and was decorated nicely! The King bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were large, and you couldn't ask for better hosts! It is beautiful! Surrounded by trees and located right on the river the location can't be beat! We would definitely love to stay again!

The Most Amazing Spot to Vacation-Not Just a Place to Sleep

We were looking for a place to just sleep. Instead found an entire vacation on its own, right there on the property. Not only the amazingly beautiful and clean property, but the property owners ensured every turn was perfect and amazing with incredible generosity and friendship. Well, well worth the money and they created a vacation we will never forget. Thank you Jay and Reyna!
