2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo on a private gated residential property on the Spokane river. There is a boat dock and parking available for personal watercraft and trailer. (Additional fee s apply.) I can offer Captained boat rental for intimate cruise or day of fun on the water. There is a Wave runner available for rent. (Additional rates apply.) There is an area for BBQ and camp fire at the waters edge. Swimming area for kids and adults. There is access to the lake from the river by boat or water craft.

Great place to stay with great hosts!

Guest house on the river

Like new guest house. They offer river activities and yacht rides. Unfortunately, this was a work trip. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

Very nice property in a quiet, relaxing setting. Kitchen had enough equipment for us to easily cook meals at the location. Would stay there again if I am in the area.

Lakeside Treasure

Beautiful location close to City Center. Amazing property, comfortable bed, loved the access to the water, easy of entry and the hostess! Reyna was warm and accomodating. She made me feel like one of the family. Will stay here again!! Its a hidden treasure.
