Beautifully located villa

Great family space in the villa, wonderful pool and garden (with beautiful view) and a superb location for exploring Haute Savoie. Eli was super helpful with any queries and we have already booked a return visit.

Spacious, perfectly located

Our first trip to Annecy and this modern, clean spacious chalet was home for 5 days. Gated entrance leads down to double garage and driveway with roses around the front door. Large living dining kitchen area leads out to heated pool with mountain backdrop. Beds were comfy and we could walk down to the lake with ease. Highly recommend

The property was perfectly placed for visiting Annecy. It was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. One recommendation would be for air conditioning, as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm - the temperature was 31 degrees when we stayed and there was no air upstairs. The garden and pool provided the perfect backdrop for admiring the stunning Mountain View’s, and the pool itself was a welcome addition for cooling off after a day exploring. We would definitely stay again if visiting Annecy.

Lovely house not to far from the lake

We had a lovely stay 4 adults and 2 teens The pool was great and the house a good size , parking available for a few cars with no issues. Beds were comfortable so had great sleep, loved that there were window frame mesh on the bedroom windows which meant we could sleep with the windows open at night , we were lucky with the weather as it was hot , the house didn’t have are con but all the bedrooms had fans - maybe could have done with 2 in the living room as at night once dark we couldn’t have the doors open as the insects all came in for the light. Walked to the bakery in the morning about a 15 min walk but that was nice and also walked to la petite fringe for a meal which again was lovely- you can also access the water there All in all it was a great stay with great communication from Eli Some suggestions for comfort would be - add a lighter to cutlery drawers to light the BBQ , add some cool bags / box for guest to use for picnics etc (for people travelling on plane who could not bring across )

It was such a beautiful house, much bigger than expected and the pool was incredible. The house is in a very peaceful location but easy access to the lake, large supermarkets (for supplies) and perfect for exploring Annecy and surrounding areas. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else better, for a family holiday. We stayed for a week, but upon leaving we wished we’d booked for two weeks ! We hope to return soon!!

We had an excellent time here. The house is located near a great bakery and is a pleasant walk to the lake. The house itself was very well laid out for our group of seven. Lots of windows and light. The pool was lovely and essential for the grandkids!

Maison idéalement située avec tous le confort

Tout est à porter de main, la voie cyclable se trouve à 100 mètres, le lac est accessible en moins de 5 min à vélo, tous comme les commerces, Annecy à moins de 30 minutes via la voie verte… La maison est très bien équipée, avec piscine chauffée, barbecue, table de Ping Ping…. Lieu calme et reposant. Ça donnerait presque envie de déposer ses valises définitivement.

La maison est super bien placée! La vue est magnifique, nous nous sommes régalés! Avec ce temps magnifique On aurai voulu profitez de la piscine qui était malheureusement non pratiquable! La maison est très bien équipée! Le seul hic c’est le ballon d’eau chaude trop petit ! C’était compliquée ! Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants ! En tout cas nous reviendrons c’est certain! Merci à Eli qui a su malgré son absence de rendre disponible et ses explications d’entrée et de sortie très claires! À très bientôt

Super semaine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse, au calme et très bien située. Les équipements sont multiples. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du barbecue, la terrasse nous a permis de prendre nos repas dehors. Nous sommes allés nous baigner au lac en quelques minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est extrêmement réactif aux messages. Bref, un séjour parfait à la fois près du lac mais bien au calme.

Een heel fijne en ruime vakantiewoning, prachtig gelegen met zicht op de bergen en dicht bij het meer en bij het fietspad. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en de eigenaar is vlot bereikbaar via e-mail. De ideale omgeving voor een actieve vakantie en het ideale huis om na de activiteiten tot rust te komen. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten!

Séjour très agréable

La communication avec Eli fût très fluide. L'accès à la villa est très simple. Pièce à vivre très spacieuse, chambre calme et bien isolées. La villa est en retrait de la route, séjour ensoleillé avec chasse aux oeufs dans le jardin. Période trop fraîche pour utiliser la piscine. Merci pour ce séjour. Je recommande vivement.
