Villa Provence & Luberon - Summer rental - Swimming pool

Villa of 130 m2 with swimming pool located in the heart of the Luberon park, between Apt and Sivergues (walks / hikes on foot or by bicycle.): Commune of Saignon. Wooded grounds of 1500m2, adjoining the river (Calavon) and the cycle path at the foot of the house. Our heated swimming pool (4x5) with salt treatment (more ecological than chlorine and avoids allergies) is currently under construction (see photo plan). This will be ready from the beginning of July.

INTERIOR:
- 3 bedrooms (1 large double bed 180 X 200 + 2 double 140 standard beds + a sofa bed in the living room).
- a large living room / kitchen with bar (about 50m2) + small cocooning lounge.
- a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, family coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- a bathroom (shower + bath + WC)
TV, WIFI available, washing machine.

CAPACITY:
Can accommodate between two and 8 people for 7 nights (from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.).

OUTSIDE:
Large flat garden with olive trees which is fenced over 1500m².
Free fresh eggs in return for an opening and closing of the poullailer.
Outdoor terrace (dining table, deckchairs, plancha, pétanque balls, bikes available, swing).

SERVICES :
Household linen included (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Pets allowed subject to contact us.
Baby cot and children's chair can be provided on request.
Secure room to store your bikes.
