Waterfront 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with DOCK!

This is a 3 Bedroom 2 bath 1400 square foot home located on the north end of Conneaut Lake. 60lf of protected dock space on a short canal dock is only 50ft from the back door of the property. The dock is included with the rental and has silty bottom with approximately 2’ of water depth.

For an extra fee we offer the Toy Shed it includes unlimited firewood, kayaks, paddle board, water safety, additional refrigerator, yard games, etc.

Conneaut Lake boasts two waterfront restaurants with bars, and dozens of places to eat within just a few miles. Within 7 miles of 2 major grocery stores including Walmart. Also less than 1 mile from Dollar General Store.

High speed wireless internet is included. Home is equipped with a Smart TV so that you can log on here to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon Prime, etc. for your entertainment. Grill and fire pit located on the property.

For your protection and convenience, there are security cameras on the exterior of the property. These cameras are visible in plain sight and record both video and audio. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

Literally one of the best summer vacations I have taken. The provided kayaks are amazing and next level nice, the property itself is perfectly sized and very well maintained. The neighbors are even very friendly! Overall a perfect trip and rental !

The property is as good as advertised. Very clean, very easy check-in process, very responsive owner. We were there is the winter but would be even better in the summer when you can take advantage of the lake.

Very clean and roomy, grill had back up tank , good, deck was used the most when not raining (no one’s fault). The master tub is a garden tub , not hot tub, walk to beach was short , you can walk to store, overall very nice

Everything was great, the only problem we had, were the bunk beds. As you get older your afraid of falling. The location and porch were super. Kids walked to Tiki Bar and also enjoyed a concert and walked back

Perfect Holiday Getaway During COVID

As you will see in the other reviews, this place is spotless, well-maintained, and communication with Mario, the property manager, is superb, so I'll try to fill in some other areas of how great this place is: They are doing all sorts of upgrades. We were able to enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, large flatscreen SmartTV, porch-friendly firepit, and "toy shed" with all the firewood we needed (plus kayaks and paddle boards). Mario also mentioned that they just ordered new living room furniture so this place will just get better and better. Another "wow" factor for me was the giant bathtub - such a treat. We spent mornings in the sitting room watching the sun rise over the lake. A perk of being here around the holidays is that we could also see holidays lights out and around the lake. These are people who really put pride in their work. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and the sort of staples you might easily forget or want on hand your first night/morning before you hit the grocery store (coffee, sugar, creamer, basic spices, olive oil, and snacks). Mario also provided really useful information about the area, including which areas we should consider/avoid depending on our level of comfort with COVID. We are more on the cautious side, so we were happy that there was a Dollar General right down the street with mask requirements and all the basics we needed. There's also a Wal-Mart just a few miles away - also with mask requirement. What I didn't see mentioned much in the other reviews is that there's an amazing old amusement park right down the street which is open to pedestrians even though it's not running right now. How often do you get to walk through an old amusement park? There's also gorgeous views at the Conneaut Hotel on the lake. We really enjoyed walking around and exploring this area. But if you come in the off-season, bring your rain gear! We spent our Thanksgiving in this home and I can't even begin to say how well-stocked this kitchen is. We made a huge meal and the only thing we brought from home was a skillet. They even have good knives, which you never get in rentals. Just makes packing so much easier. Our dogs also had a great time. Beware that there are a few neighborhood cats who roam about, so if your dog will give chase, keep an eye out. =) In summary, this was a wonderful home to get away from everything and enjoy some relaxation during cold weather and COVID. We would stay again. Thank you!!

The Perfect Lake Home

MOST RELAXING WEEK THIS YEAR

My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways.

A wonderful time!

Mario and Linda made out time at the lake great! We have great memories in Conneaut as we used to have a cottage there. This property made us feel like we had never left, we felt right at home! Relaxing stay by the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back deck with a cup of coffee and fishing in the canal. We were fortunate to stay during the total solar eclipse, and our hosts even provided eclipse glasses! Would highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Conneaut Lake. The owners were exceptionally prompt and gracious in responding to our inquiries. We found the home to be very comfortable and modern.
