Great for two people
Location was excellent, close to the beach, a 20 second walk to a mini-market and minutes to restaurants, the cinema, casino, taxi rank and car hire.
Great spot for sunbathing in the morning, before venturing out.
Yes, its a quirky place (no front door, you enter via the patio doors), but its excellent and clean. Comfy bed, bathroom as it should be and fully functioning kitchen should you decide to cook.
The comms from the property owner was excellent before and during our stay (just checking we were happy).
This apartment is highly recommended, you wont be disappointed.

Not only do you have a private garden with sun-loungers and outdoor dining options in this bright airy and well appointed appartment, you are also a stones throw form the beach.
The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of crockery and pans, dishwasher and microwave. The large shower-room is well lit with a good shower.
The bedroom is a good size and the wardrobes, which house an electronic safe, are more than adequate.
Back to the location, however. The pool is next door. There are a couple of mini markets and eateries within 3 minutes walk. The beach is 2 minutes away and it is glorious! At the beach you'll also find a number of reasonable restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Walk along the beach-front and you're 5 minutes away from the upmarket promenade with all its bars and restaurants.
There was a minor issue with Internet, but this was resolved the next moring by 9.30. The host could not have been more helpful.
We can't wait to return!
Wie der Titel schon sagt, ein perfektes Apartment für zwei. Alles was es braucht ist vorhanden. Sauber und gemütlich. Sind in drei Monaten wieder da :-)

Mooi appartement, fijn dat er tussendoor werd schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst bleek het slot van de deur stuk maar dat werd snel door de eigenaar opgelost. communicatie met de eigenaar altijd vriendelijk en efficiënt.
Helaas zijn de supermarkten in de buurt niet ingericht opzelf koken.
Waren wie bei unserem ersten Besuch vor einem Jahr äußerst zufrieden. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Und der eigene Parkplatz ist Gold wert.

Nie wieder! Gesundgeitsbedenklich und unverantwortlich
Wir waren nicht zufrieden!
Zusätzliche Bettwäsche 3xvorbestellt war nicht bereitgelegt. Zusätzliche Handtücher hätten mehr gekostet wie neu angeschaffte. Wohnung war modrig, muffig, schimmlig Schlafzimmer konnten wir deswegen überhaupt nicht nutzen. Weil mein Partner schnarcht war die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit ein Hauptentscheidungsgrund.
Auf angesprochene Mängel vor Ort reagiert der Vermieter beleidigt und nimmt uns nicht ernst. Es stehen in der kleinen Wohnung fünf Duftsprays und auch ein Entfeuchtungsgerät.

We are very sorry that your experience in our apartment was not as expected. Our wish is that our guest enjoy their stay and we try to help them in order to spend a nice time in Maspalomas. We always pay attention to the guest and we do our best to solve their request.
The conditions are clear in the homeaway website about what is included and what Is not.
In regard to the other comments, I would like to say that I do not agree. Our clean keeper went to you to check the situation and was clear that the apartment was in perfect conditions.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine and all accessories for a good stay. And for any problem, you can board me or be attended in the reception located in the number 14, as usual. We was not reported from the reception about any problem.
The fragrance is courtesy of our clean keeper that thinks that is kind from her side to give to the guests a warm welcome. This is the purpose of It, no other.
Our interest is always to do it better and we will improve as much as possible.
Pachi was a great host, so helpful and very quick to respond. Recommend this property to everyone, unless you’re going to be there when we want it!!! :)

Viel zu teuere Kellerwohnung
Das Appartement (Deckenhöhe 210 cm) war muffig und nicht sauber. Die ersten Tage war an duschen nicht zu denken, da warmes Wasser nur tropfte. Es war eine Pad-Kaffeemaschine da, die Pads waren im ganzen Ort nicht zu bekommen. Das Toilettenpapier sollte im Mülleimer entsorgt werden . Ein Badetuch und ein Handtuch pro Person, dazu ein Geschirrtuch. Beim Einzug in das Appartement brannte eine Duftkerze, das sagt schon alles.

We are sorry to read you didn’t have a good time in our apartment. We always do our best to enhance the experience in our property and try our best to make our guests enjoy their stay whereby we are sad you didn’t get that feeling from our part.
Most of the time we receive good comments from our visitors (5*) for what we’ve been really surprised reading your comment. In order to know if anything was different from other occasions and not repeating the mistakes we could have made, we’ve asked for feedback to our cleaning lady.
She told us the apartment and the services we’ve given to you are the same you can find in the description of the homeaway space. The height of the apartment has never been a secret and it is indeed indicated on the specifications of the profile (2,10m), there is only a towel set per person because the apartment is well equipped with a washer machine, and we don’t offer a daily cleaning service as specified.
About the coffee, the apartment is provided with two different machines, a traditional and a one with capsules, in order to give the choice to our guests. The capsules can be found in any Hiperdino of the neararounds, an information that we could have given to you if you had asked: the owner is always willing to help and give support.
Regarding the toilet, we feel there was a misunderstanding for what we apology. There is an advice to not drop sanitary towels or any wet wipes inside the wc in order to avoid clogging it but toilet paper can be used normally. To avoid future confusions we’ve already asked the reception manager to reformulate the signboard..
Finally, we’d like to remind you we got in touch with you, as we always do with all our guests, to welcome you to Maspalomas and ask if everything was alright, to what we didn’t have response. We feel you didn’t give us the opportunity to make you feel more comfortable and many of your problems could have been solved if you’d have got in touch with us.

Hervorragend!
9 Tage im Dezember, Erholung pur. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, optimal ausgestattet und ideal für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung ist hell und geschmackvoll, auf dem Sofa sitzt man gemütlich, der Fernseher hat auch einige deutsche Programme und das WiFi funktioniert gut. Durch die großen Fenster ist es trotz der Lage sehr hell und auf der Terrasse im sehr gepflegten Garten ist man ganz für sich. Sehr angenehm ist der eigene Parkplatz, denn tagsüber ist das Parken auf der Straße schwierig. Die Küche (wir kochen gerne selbst) läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es ist unsere erste Ferienwohnung mit einem wirklich scharfen Gemüsemesser.
Der Vermieter Pachi ist jederzeit erreichbar, antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Er erkundigte sich freundlicherweise nach unserer Ankunft, ob alles gut sei.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im schönen Maspalomas!

Wundervolle Zeit!

schöne, persönlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, fußläufig zum Strand
Dass die Ferienwohnung in zweiter Reihe ohne Meerblick liegt, macht sie durch einen hübschen kleinen Gartenanteil und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume wieder wett. Man vermisst nichts, sogar ein Stabmixer fand sich in der Küche als wir Pastasauce pürieren wollten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt neben der Rezeption in der Nachbarschaft hat alles was man braucht, inklusive netter Verkäuferin.
Der Vermieter Francisco kümmert sich perfekt um Fragen und Wünsche und gibt einem alle Infos. Nach 23 Tagen dort hatten wir das Gefühl unsere neue Heimat zu verlassen.

Strandnahes Domizil mit Flair
In dieser modern und gut eingerichteten kleinen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen entspannten Urlaub genießen können. Der Strand und alles, was wir brauchten, war gleich um die Ecke. Pachi ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Korrespondenz mit ihm war umfassend und Antworten erfolgten zeitnah.
Aus unserer Sicht hätte das Bett etwas breiter sein dürfen und die nächtliche Dauerbeleuchtung seitens des Grundstücks nebenan kann störend wirken.
Fazit: uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Thanx Pachi !

You can chose many apartments in the area of the Oasis of Maspalomas. To decide to come to Maspalomas and sleep in the apartments of the Oasis area is a good election itself, but not all the apartments of the area are renovated or has private area to park your car rental. This is an advantage to consider, but not the only one. The apartment is just close to the beach en close to all services arround just 5 m walking. The apartment has air condition in all the rooms and heating system, but in general is not a need to use it as average temperature is 20ªC and the apartment is warm.

as aditional advantage, the apartment is noiseless arround. The apartment is ideal for relax time inside the garden area. If you are not interested to walk to the beach, or take a swimm in the swimming pool, you will have the terrace table to spend your time outside the apartment, or your sun beds to take your sun bath.
