This is a spacious apartment with lots of storage. A bit outdated but still very comfortable. 2 bathrooms and a good air conditioning system that isn’t noisy were real bonuses. Complex is beautiful landscaped and pool area was nice and mostly quiet. Loved the chiringuitos, Spanish beach bars, in the area. Puerta La Duquesa is a 40 minute walk but it’s a really nice walk. Lots of British tourists there and not as “Spanish” as we would have liked. I would definitely stay here again though!

Thank you for your lovely review, Nicky. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment's spacious layout, ample storage, comfortable accommodation and quiet air conditioning system. It's also great to know you appreciated the beautifully maintained gardens, pool area and the local chiringuitos, which are some of our favourite spots too.We appreciate your feedback regarding the apartment's decor and are always looking at ways to improve the guest experience. The area's blend of Spanish charm and international visitors can certainly vary depending on the season, but we're pleased you enjoyed exploring the coastline and the walk to Puerto de la Duquesa.Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we're especially pleased to hear that you would stay again. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Dear Jorge I'm sorry you felt the apartment wasn't clean, I am very confused by this as we employ a cleaner to thoroughly clean the apartment after each guest leaves. I will of course report your comments to our cleaners. The wifi was not our fault and upon finding out the wifi was not working we reported it to the provider who fixed the issue. We only found out the day after you arrived and they fixed it the following day hence the 3 days. The apartment has new furnishings, a brand new sofa bed and relatively new beds in each bedroom. Thank you for your comment on the facilities. Kind regards Mark

The apartment is comfortable and well decorated and has everything you want for a holiday. The pool is excellent in well kept gardens. The balcony overlooks the country side and the sea and gets the sun most of the day. Mark was excellent to communicate with.

Great for a few nights and quiet

Rang to meet a guy with keys for our stay. He gave me keys and a fob but the key for the pool didn’t work so not happy. When stopped keys off to him he was available and then was rather rude when he collected them. A shame as the apartment was pretty good

Hi Ben Apologies that our manager wasn’t available to sort out the pool key. I’m not sure if the lock has been changed and that’s the reason it didn’t work. I’m surprised to hear he was rude when he picked keys up from you as Ranjan is very humble and usually very polite my nature however I will discuss this with him. Glad you enjoyed the apartment though. Thank you Mark

Family holiday

The apartment was lovely and had all that we could need for a holiday. The pool was clean and had a life guard buy didn't open until 12. The only downside was the apartment only had a few restaurants close enough to walk to with kids in the evening. A car is essential. Enjoyed a trip to Bahia water park and looking round Estepona and Casares.

Satisfactory Stay

The attention to the cleanliness of surfaces could have been a little better. Other then that everything was fine. The patio was great and having 2 bathrooms for a family was great. Having parking on premises was a plus. The kids loved having a pool as well. Location was very easy to get to.

Thank you for your review of our apartment. You will always be welcome to return. Sorry we don’t have a dishwasher but we felt people would prefer to have the washing machine instead. Especially if they are staying for a couple of weeks. We will be renewing the sofa and chairs in the living room for next season. Thank you again Mark

So pleased to hear you had a lovely time. Although we do let the apartment we use it as often as we can ourselves and the whole location is continually improving. The beach and board walk to Duquesa port is worth doing. Thank you for your review and should you wish to come again you would be very welcome.
