This Funky Fish House, former Model Home, professionally decorated, turn key, for your best vacation ever.

The versatile, three level design, the Key Largo, features 3 bedrooms and bathrooms - one on each level. This is perfect for three sets of couples because the ceiling height is very large, gives you the feeling of having an entire level of the home to yourself.
This stunning multi-level residence offers an exceptional blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design, creating an elevated coastal retreat for discerning guests.
The first floor features a beautifully appointed king bedroom dressed in Nautica premium linens, providing a restful and serene atmosphere. The private en-suite bathroom is spa-inspired, complete with a stone-tiled walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. Guests will also enjoy a Smart TV with Roku, a spacious walk-in closet, plush bath towels, and two beach towels for seaside outings.
The second floor is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. This level includes an inviting living area, a bedroom, and access to a private balcony. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a private en-suite bath with bath towels, a Smart TV with Roku, DVD player, surround sound, and a closet stocked with two beach towels.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped, featuring Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig coffee and latte machine, along with a Breville toaster, Farberware cookware and bakeware, Granitestone pots and pans, Pfaltzgraff flatware, and a curated selection of spices.
The open-concept living and dining area flows effortlessly onto a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the Cape Harbor Marina, complete with a Fire Magic outdoor grill, making entertaining both seamless and memorable.
The top floor master suite is a private sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV with Roku, and a grand en-suite bathroom stocked with bath towels and two beach towels. This level also includes an adjoining private office with printer, a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a Dyson vacuum, as well as a private deck for quiet moments and scenic views.

Located within Cape Harbor, this residence places you in a charming, Main Street–style waterfront setting where everything is just steps away. Enjoy leisurely walks along the marina, browse boutique shops, and soak in the relaxed coastal atmosphere that makes Cape Harbor a destination in itself.
Just outside your door is Fathoms Bar & Grill, a popular waterfront spot known for fresh seafood, craft cocktails, live music, and beautiful sunset views over the marina.
Also within easy walking distance is Rum Runners, now featuring a new chef and an outstanding menu that has quickly become a local favorite. With elevated dishes, creative flavors, and a lively yet refined atmosphere, it’s an excellent choice for both casual dinners and special evenings—no car required.
Important Notes
Please do not leave the large sliding doors on the second level or the French doors in the third-floor office open.
Boat trailer parking is not available on-site. We recommend contacting a nearby self-storage facility for secure accommodations.
For your safety and the protection of the property, three exterior security cameras are installed. These cameras monitor only exterior areas and are used to secure the property and ensure compliance with occupancy and pet policies. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge awareness of and consent to their presence for yourself and your entire party.
Community: Cape Harbor. Access to two community pools, one is heated, with bathrooms, tennis courts, and fitness center which is located at the Club House. Please keep off the boardwalk and other residents dock as they are private and it would be considered trespassing.
All within walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and all the community amenities Cape Harbour has to offer. On Tuesday nights the Main Street area at Cape Harbour hosts a party like gathering with live music.
Restaurants: Rumrunners, Fathoms, Marina Club, The French Press, Oyster House, Venture Out.
Also there is Boat Storage, Boat Rentals, Boat Tours and a full service marina.
