About this property

Casa Stefano n. 3 - spectacular lake view - parking - WIFI free

A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 2nd floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 184) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, (one of which has a wonderful view to the lake) and the possibility of adding a cot bed.

The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

The long balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.

Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace, with a characteristic olive tree that "crosses" it. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.

A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.

There is also a large private parking for your use!

The apartment is also offering FREE WIFI connection!!!

Perfect Location

We were blown away by the views from the balcony - the photos don't do it justice! Barbara was a great host and gave us lots of info about the apartment and local area, and was easily contactable if needed. Location is great - it was great to be able to pop down for a swim in the lake, and an easy stroll into Torri to reach all the restaurants. Apartment was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed, and air conditioning came into it's own when temperatures soared!

Perfect communication - wonderful apartment

Two women (36 + 40 years old) enjoyed their stay at the clean and well-equipped apartment. The communication with Barbara was very easy. She responds quickly via Whatsapp and is always eager to help with anything. For us it was a wonderful week!

Great apartment with fabulous lake views

Due to late flight into Verona Airport, our arrival at Stefano apartments was quite late & in darkness. Despite this, our wonderful host Barbara met us and took time to show us our apartment & explain everything to us. The apartment was spotlessly clean & very comfortable and on our first morning, the true splendour of Lake Garda was revealed from our balcony. The location of the apartments is excellent albeit the access lane to the front gate can be quite challenging due to the steep & uneven terrane. During our stay, we found the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and we have no hesitation in recommending it to our family & friends who may wish to visit this beautiful location.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. In etwa 20 Minuten kann man zu Fuß das Zentrum erreichen. Wunderschöner Weg am Strand entlang. Barbara ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Ich war gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin für 8 Tage am Gardasee. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen.Uns wurde daraufhin sofort alles wichtige erklärt.Die Wohnung war mehr als groß genug um auch Zeit in dieser zu verbringen und hatte auch genügend Möglichkeiten sich bei der Hitze abzukühlen. Da der Strand ohnehin nur 50m entfernt war haben wir den See zur Abkühlung bevorzugt.Die Lage ist wie gesagt nah am See mit einem tollen Blick vom geräumigen Balkon.Nur muss man um etwas zu essen oder einzukaufen erstmal 30 Minuten in den Ort laufen. Für größere Einkaufe muss man deswegen definitiv das Auto nutzen.Sonst war Torri ein netter kleiner Ort mit genug zu tun und Schiffsverbindungen zu vielen weiteren Orten am See.Wir konnten die Vermieterin jeder Zeit erreichen und Probleme schildern. Sofort gab es Abhilfe und zur Not konnte diese auch schnell vor Ort für Abhilfe sorgen.Insgesamt war es wirklich ein toller weiterzuempfehlender Urlaub.

Super Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir wurden sehr nett von der hilfsbereiten Vermieterin in Empfang genommen. Die Lage ist zentral am Gardasee gelegen. Die Aussicht direkt auf den See ist traumhaft. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Torri

Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und due Betten sind bequem. Super ist der Seeblick vom Balkon aus und die Fußnähe zu dem hübschen Ort. Ganz besonders war die freundliche Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin Barbara, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat.

Alles da - gute Lage

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Der Balkon war ausreichend groß und mit Möbeln bestückt. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar. Auch vom Bett aus zu genießen. Der Ort lässt sich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang entlang des Ufers gut erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist aufmerksam und freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieterin !!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen! Sie hat uns alles erklärt und wir fühlten uns gleich „ als ob man sich schon oft begegnet ist“ Sie ist sooooo .. hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich….. Wir haben eine traumhafte Zeit gehabt! Der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon und,und…… Allein das ich mir meinen Traum erfüllen konnte… mit der Vespa um den Gardasee:—) Eins ist jetzt schon klar ….. > wir kommen wieder !!!

Diese Aussicht

Wir haben Dank Barbara einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Wohnung in Torri del Benaco verbracht. Die Sicht vom Bett auf den See war einmalig. Die Wohnung hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchten. Der steile Anstieg von der Uferstraße zum Haus war schon eine kleine Herausforderung, die wir aber mit jedem Tag besser meistern konnten. Bei der Anreise sollte man auf keinen Fall dem Navi folgen und den abenteuerlichen Weg über den Berg nehmen, sondern die Uferstraße. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Schild an der Auffahrt zum Haus anzubringen.

Barbara is a great host . Any little problem is fixed right away . Apartment clean and specious. View perfect. A place to come back to. Airco came in handy . The extra charge is worth it. But one friendly advice : have a sign at the main road where to turn off to the road to the apartment. But of course you want it to be a ‘ hidden gem’ 😀

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Das war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die ich in den letzten 25 Jahren gebucht hatte. Es hat alles gepasst, es war super sauber , alles ist vorhanden und die Lage ist perfekt. Was uns sprachlos gemacht hat war der Blick auf den Garda See, perfekt. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich begrüßt und mit einer schönen Flasche Rotwein willkommen geheissen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allem was man Sie fragt. Und immer freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort einen Urlaub verbringen.

Schönster Sonnenuntergang auf der Terasse

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war uns eine sehr große Hilfe . Grazie Barbara. Zur Stadt ist es nicht weit , immer am See entlang . Eigener Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Hof war auch super. Ansonsten hat Barbara alles was man wissen muß in einer schönen Mappe zusammengefasst. Ja, am Gardasee ist es schön...

Schöne ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht
