Outstanding Villa with Private Pool, Close to the Amazing Prokopios Beach

A lovely Cycladic villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that sleeps 8 comfortably, with a small private pool, 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Naxos Island''s amazing west coast. On the entrance level you enter the villa via the fully fitted kitchen/dining area, air conditioning and double doors leading out on to a garden terrace. From the kitchen, stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a queen sized double bed, fitted cupboards, air conditioning and double door leading out on to a terrace with fantastic views. There is also a shower room with toilet. From the Kitchen, stairs lead down to double aspect living area with air conditioning and 2 large double doors leading out on to a poolside terrace, gardens and swimming pool. There is also a shower room, toilet and washing machine. Stairs then lead to the downstairs bedrooms, all with air conditioning, one double bedroom with a queen sized double bed, fitted cupboards. A very small single bedroom with bunk beds and a small single bedroom (with a low ceiling) with a queen sized double bed. A car is recommended for this villa. There are double glazed tilt and turn doors and windows, air conditioning and built in mosquito nets throughout the villa.

Stelida is located at one end of Prokopios beach, one of the best blue flag beaches in the Mediterranean, just a 10 minute walk (800m) from the villa. The beach has amazing sand, crystal clear azure water, tavernas on the beach and beds/umbrellas for hire. There is also some beautiful little beaches 150m from the villa.

A 20 minute (1.5km) walk brings you to the resort of Aghios Prokopios. Here you can find grocery stores, mini markets, restaurants, bars, ATM, car and bike rental, and a small aqua park. There are plenty of water sports and activities including a scuba diving centre (P.A.D.I.), windsurfing etc

A short walk from Prokopios brings you to Agia Anna resort with restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, car hire, a small port and a great sandy blue flag beach popular with families.

Further along the coast is Plaka beach resort made famous by the hippies in the 70’s and 80’s, the 4 kilometer long sandy beach is surrounded by sand dunes and rare cedar forest. At the back of the beach are many tavernas & restaurants to suit all tastes, There are plenty of water sports and activities including windsurfing & horse riding. A frequent local bus service links all three resorts with Chora the main town of Naxos.

Naxos averages more than 12 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July and August, and was recently voted the 6th best Island in the world by reviewers.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
