In the calm of the scrubland, the pleasant garden of the Mas in the shade of the three-hundred-year-old oak tree, will give you time to live in a family atmosphere.

All the amenities in the center of the village (grocery store-bakery-tobacco press-pizzeria-producers' market) are within walking distance of the lodgings.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au gîte des Lavandes qui était propre à notre arrivée et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les espaces sont très spacieux et une cuisine très bien équipée avec un piano de cuisson au top. La piscine très bien entretenue et la climatisation, ont été fortement appréciées par la chaleur qu'il a fait durant tout le séjour. La location se situe à moins de 25kms de la plupart des sites à visiter, ce qui est très appréciable également. Le village historique plein de charme de Salavas mérite vraiment le détour. L'accueil des propriétaires, qui résident au dessus du gîte, a été très chaleureux. Ils sont présents en cas de problème ou question sans être invasifs. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous !! Merci à Josy et Pierre Yves pour leur accueil et disponibilité.Nous recommandons ce gîte à 100%.Les Alsaciens

LE MAS DU VIEUX CHÊNE

Nous avons été reçu par des hôtes très sympathiques et prévenants. L'appartement était au top, lumineux, confortable, très agréable, il ne manquait rien. Le lieu, au dessus de SALAVAS, reposant. Ce séjour à quatre chez Josiane a fait l'unanimité. Chaque matin, livraison de viennoiseries et pains pour le petit déjeuner, c'était vraiment le top.. Nous sommes tous revenus enchantés et nous recommencerons. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben die ruhige Lage oberhalb des Ortes genossen und den Pool vor der Tür. Und trotz der Hitze während unseres Aufenthalts ließ sich die Wohnung relativ kühl halten. Wir haben jedenfalls ohne wenn und aber eine sehr entspannte Zeit gehabt.

Idealer und ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für die gesamte Ardeche-Region.

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Durchdachte und harmonische Einrichtung. Die Wohnung ist insbesondere für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah an allen Versorgungseinrichtungen und zu den Wassersportangeboten. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wonderful hosts, superb location and accommodation. Would highly recommend to all travelers!

Josy and her husband are fantastic hosts and made this Holiday extreamly easy to book and answered all inquires quickly and in detail. They also shared a lot of valuable information about the area while we were staying and are very welcoming and friendly. The Gite was extreamly clean, tidy with a well equipt kitchen. Air conditioning, comfy beds and blackout blinds meant that we all slept very well during our stay. The grounds are incredible, with lots of different comfy places to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The pool is great and kept very clean. You can order pastries and baguettes for breakfast that are delivered by 7am which was wonderful. The property is in walking distance of a lovely village with all the shops that you need and is a short drive to the Ardèche river and several other picturesque villages. I was travelling with two children, my partner and his 87 year old father and we all had an exceptionally enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property to families and couples and hope to return next summer.
