Cette annonce est une arnaque, la villa n'existe pas. La personne que nous avons eu en ligne nous a expliqué que la villa n'existait plus depuis 3 ans. Comment Abritel peut ne pas être au courant??? D'ailleurs je tiens à dire que le service après vente est déplorable. En effet une fois réussie à parler à une personne et cela relève déjà presque de l'exploit, Abritel était censé nous aider à trouver un nouveau logement... aucun appel, aucun mail, rien. Je tiens à préciser que nous étions avec des enfants dans une ville que nous ne connaissions pas, harassés par la longue route que nous venions de faire. Bref inadmissible !!! Résumé de notre semaine avec Abritel: 2 réservations = 2 grosses deceptions qui nous ont littéralement gâché notre fin de séjour jusque là impeccable.
Lieu reposant mais ne pas se fier à la description faite sur le site.
Assez déçu car les éléments que nous avions eu avant le départ ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place.
Premièrement, la localisation. Le refuge est loin de la Médina (30 à 40 min de voiture). Du coup vous devrez payer le taxi plus cher que si vous étiez près du centre de la ville.
Ensuite les équipements. Il n'y a avait qu'une piscine disponible, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de four micro-ondes, pas de TV/salle de jeux, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des terrasses. La connexion Wi-Fi est médiocre et le petit-déjeuner assez limité surtout pour un groupe avec des enfants.
Tous cela est dommage car c'est un lieu agréable et reposant mais qui n'est pas assez exploité. Le montant des navettes à augmenté alors que nous avions convenu d'un montant avant le départ. Le propriétaire n'est pas clair du tout sur les services facturés ou non. Donc attendez vous à des surprises à la fin du séjour. La communication est parfois difficile malgré la bonne volonté du propriétaire.
De plus, les petits problèmes techniques ce sont enchaînés: coupures d'électricité sur 2 soirées, coupures d'eau, pas d'eau chaude (surtout pour la douche des enfants)...
Pour finir et comme je l'ai dit, le refuge est loin du centre, prévoyez donc un budget pour le taxi, il n'y a pas de magasins autour, c'est un lieu assez isolé.
Ce séjour s'est bien passé malgré tout, mais il aurait pu être beaucoup mieux sans toutes ces surprises.
