Secure residence located in the peninsula of St Tropez.

Bright T2 apartment of 26 m2 with terrace
 facing south in a quiet residence

- 1 independent bedroom with bed for 2 people.
- 1 living room with sofa; comfortable fold-away bed for 2 people; flat screen television
- 1 fitted kitchen area including fridge; dishwasher; microwave; induction hob; coffee maker; dishes and cutlery
  table and chairs
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower; bathroom sink; small storage unit; WC.

The residence is secured at the entrance with an access code.

Communal swimming pool 20m x 10m with 3 solariums equipped with deckchairs as well as tennis, a game of pétanque and a children's area are available free of charge.

A large private car park in the residence

The residence is located 2 km from the center of the village of Croix Valmer.

A free bus service (50 meters from the residence) from June to September allows you to reach the center of the village of Croix Valmer, the landing beach.

Beaches accessible on foot, and possibility of going there by free shuttle: Sylvabelle beaches; Heracles; Gigaro.

Every Sunday morning a market is held in the center of the village. Other markets take place in the region (Cavalaire sur mer; ST Tropez; st Maxime etc ..)
