About this property

New gorgeous studio 20 min from ski resorts in Sandy. 15 min to Salt Lake

This studio was built in 2018. It has a queen size Murphy bed. All new appliances, granite counters, & all new bath. We are on the property in case the need arises. This area is close to the shopping malls and restaurants Close to the Mountain America Expo Center, close to the ski resorts, 15 min from downtown Salt Lake City. This would be a great stopping off place for our great state. Great hiking close.

Second time staying here and this visit matched our previous stay. Everything is clean and convenient. Pat is responsive and attentive. Good internet connectivity, huge refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and onion. Heating and cooling worked perfectly as springtime days are warm and nights are still chilly. Location is convenient to all Sandy destinations including the Brighton snowboarding resort (19 minutes drive). Quiet and very cozy. Intend to return next year for Archery National Championships in April 2027.

A nice little place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Checking in was super easy. This studio has a single bed and a queen size Murphy bed. You can feel the bar supporting it thru the mattress. Not the most comfortable but definitely do-able.

Room was very clean. Was well stocked with clean towels and extra blankets. Property manager sent clear instructions on where to park and check in. Area was very quiet. Highly recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the area.

My adult daughter and I were in town for a wedding. This unit was a great choice for us. The bed was very comfortable. We liked having a vanity and additional sink outside the bathroom.
