Full home perfect for families and groups. We are pet friendly with a large backyard, so you can bring your furry loved ones! We have a hot tub, 3 king-sized beds and a queen-size air mattress. The kitchen appliances and laundry machines are modern and guests are welcome to use. The kitchen has everything you need to prep amazing family meals. There is a large driveway that can comfortably park 3+ cars. The entire home is on a single level. It's easy to feel at home here!

This is a fun location! Short walk to downtown Monmouth. The house is very well stocked 🥰

Owners are very friendly and helpful with a well stocked house. It’s a little older but well maintained.

Covid Wedding

Our daughter was getting married at Ron's Pond so we rented this awesome house. So much space, comfort, kindness and love in the warmth of this home. Thank you for making our week so special with the comfortable sleep, the beds were amazing to our exhaustion.

Family visiting family

We came to Monmouth to visit my son's family and meet my newest granddaughter. I traveled with my daughter and her three children, ages 8, 5 and 2 1/2. The house was perfect for us. My daughter and I each had our own spacious bedrooms and the children were accommodated in the third bedroom. The house has EVERYTHING we needed. We went picnicking a couple times and Terri even had an insulated cooler we could use. There were plenty of beach towels for the hot tub and picnics. We found a leaf to put in the table so we had plenty of dining space when my son's family came over to join us for dinner. WiFi is strong; TV options abundant; the kitchen cabinets were filled with items to make our cooking even easier. The hot tub added a fun place for the children, and the yard space is huge! Because of the current pandemic, this house made our trip to Oregon possible. I never knew it would turn out so wonderfully!

Family Reunion for Grandson's Wedding

Spacious 3 bedroom older house with great backyard for dining and dog exercise. Great cooking facilities and generous amount of cooking supplies, food, beverages left. It says it sleeps 7 but my sister was expected to stay in bottom bunk with my granddaughter with grandson on top bunk while my son and his wife slept in the queen bed? Awkward!Thought there would be a pull out couch in living room but couldn't find anything. My son had a mattress in his van that we put on the floor for her. Kinda disappointed in the hot tub. It fit three at a time so we took turns. (I was imagining it would be bigger so more of us could just relax and visit together.) Close to a sweet downtown with yummy restaurants. Playground within walking distance for the kids. Abundant towels and hot water for showers. Great access to washer and dryer with soap provided.

The number, size of beds, and which rooms they correspond to are clearly described in the listing. As is the size of the hot tub. Sorry if this was an issue for you, but if it was, it is more of an oversight on your booking than our mistake. We have no queen beds, just 3 king beds and a bunk, as stated.
