Superb new 70m2 apartment in a new villa on the ground floor.

Located on a wooded property of 2500m2, oaks, vegetation and flowers.


Only 1km5 from Calenzana, where you will find many shops and amenities.
-Pharmacy, medical office, dentist, physiotherapist, post office, petrol station, bakeries, restaurants, bars, hairdressers, convenience store, Corsican cake factory !!!

- Departure of the GR20 at 2km, superb forests, rivers, monuments.

- Superb beaches 10 "by car (Calvi beach, lumiu !!!), the citadel of Calvi.
Calvi airport is only 15 "and the port of Ile-Rousse (ferry) 40".

The apartment is made up of two very beautiful and bright bedrooms with 140 cm beds.

The pool will be shared with the rental above because it is a villa with two apartments so if we have tenants on it it will be shared pool
You can enjoy the jacuzzi if the rental above is free

Un petit cocon

Une semaine loin de la civilisation !!!! La location est conforme à la description. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer un agréable séjour : le jacuzzi, la piscine, le terrain de boule, l'espace, ... L'accueil de Maie, la propriétaire, est chaleureux. A ne pas manquer.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und eigenem Whirlpool

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Die Küchenausstattung war gut - leider waren keine großen Küchenmesser vorhanden. Das Pool ist top und sehr schön. In der Unterkunft war am Anfang leicht feuchter, muffiger Geruch - wir mussten gut durchlüften. Schöne Terrasse.

Séjour très agréable, maison au top au calme, très propre. La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a donné de très bonnes adresses de resto et de visites. À refaire, nous recommandons.

La location est très agréable et impeccable. Lieu idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, en pleine nature... Marie est très disponible et accueillante. Ces petites intentions pour les petit déjeuner étaient les bienvenues. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.
