Cozy little place

Very clean and roomy...didn't realize is was a duplex..little odd going around back to enter but worked out nice with little yard and table to enjoy outside and fenced in for privacy. Would stay there again.

Great location and cozy home

We had a great stay here. House had everything we needed for the week and was a great location, right by anything you might need. The only downside is the tiny sink and no oven, but there is a very nice grill and outdoor dining area. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location in Bradenton

We enjoyed our stay on 4th St. Pros: Great location; Excellent Communications with Guest Host; Nice outdoor area especially for our dog; Kitchen well stocked.; Bed comfortable. Cons: Needs to replace couch- a bit uncomfortable for a week’s stay; Hot water only works in master bedroom shower- very poor in sinks, kitchen and other shower; Needs new towels.

Wonderful get a way

It was my husband’s birthday week and his folks stay the winter in palmetto. So we try to go every couple of years. We have three mini schnauzers and they don’t do well without us. We were able to take them thanks to this place!! Owner super responsive to questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed stay .

Shangri La Wedding

Great clean mother in law housing behind owners house. Took a while to figure out hot water and you get street noise from WaWa on the corner. Monday morning woke up to workers at 8am on the property but understand it was Monday. Overall great place to stay if need a 2 bedroom 2 bath in this area.

Home away from home..

I highly recommend River Pointe. We were attending my niece's wedding and truly appreciated our accommodations with this property. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. its very private and although the 2 bedroom 2 bath is small it lives very large which I loved. I am a clean fanatic and have to say it was perfectly cleaned and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. I will definitely return when I visit family and will spend more time enjoying spending time relaxing at the house . I give 5 Stars and look forward to going back.

Nice and Clean

The house was nice and clean and well furnished. The yard is typical Florida. Philip was very proactive and good to work with. The only issue I might have had is that the windows could not be opened for ventilation or in case of fire.

Quick stay for family wedding

This property was fantastic! Everything was clean and new. It was comfortable and well thought out. They had some board games and cards. They had a small selection of books. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t find that there was anything I wished I had. We were only there a couple of nights and skipped groceries and found that it is about 250 steps from door to Wawa door for fruit and donuts in the morning. I personally found the noise from the gas station to be minimal. For being in a subdivision setting, it has a private feel with the fences. The couch is comfortable and clean, maybe needs the sections secured together, but that’s way minor.

Pleased as usual

We have stayed here before and the owner is super responsive to questions or issues. Neighborhood is convenient to our parents and Anna Maria island. The Wawa around the corner is very friendly and handy.

Great location & neighborhood

We were at the residence for 9 weeks. Nice neighborhood. Mostly quiet, a little highway noise and some from gas station near by. Perfect central location to beaches and many other great attractions. 50 minutes to Tampa Airport and 25 to Sarasota Airport. Cute little place. Worked out great for myself, husband & our dog. Our only draw back was that there is not a full kitchen. We made it work with a burner system and we purchased a portable oven. For a shorter visit, it wouldn't have been such a deal. A fence in backyard needs repaired... Host communicaton was great. Very nice and polite young couple.

Cute Place

Cute place with adequate room for 2 people. You could sleep more than that but place in general is not large. The kitchen is small with no stove top and oven. There was a portable 2 burner electric burner system that did work okay and an outdoor grill. We had problems with gas grill at first, called owner and he came right away and it got fixed and worked fine after that. I would have rated this place excellent, if not for the kitchen situation. Owner very attentive to needs with good communication ...

Great location and cute!

Great location and beds very comfortable! The sink at the kitchen bar was very little and somehow an inconvenience to fully utilize the kitchen as I had planned but other than that and the power outage we had ( I believe a transformer exploited causing the outrage in all the houses down the street) we had a good experience.

Comfortable Accommodations, Convenient to Everything

My husband and I stayed here for 2 1/2 months and we enjoyed our stay very much. Philip is an excellent host and always available when needed, but not intrusive. The unit is in a safe neighborhood, was very clean, comfortable and very private. There is a nice patio for sunning or relaxing. There is some road noise during the day but it quiets down at night. Their is also a very nice laundry room off of the patio. The kitchen is on the small side and does not have an oven, but there is a full size grill on the patio for you to use. It’s convenient to the beaches, a charming downtown Bradenton, Riverwalk, restaurants and shopping. Overall, you should really enjoy your stay here.

Wrong call saying it has a Complete kitchen

Nice neighborhood, very convenient location. This property has a bar area where the owner add a countertop electric double burner not fulling the description you expect to see when you ad you have a complete kitchen. This leads to choose a wrong renting. Also, it has a the sink which have dimensions proper of a bar due to his small dimension adequate for wash hands no skillets or plates. That would make uncomfortable using this kitchen to cook food for a family of 3 or more. Other than that this property has good potential and enought area.

Perfect for a weekend golf getaway!

I booked this rental for my husband and his friend for a golf weekend and they were so happy with it! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to a Wawa, easy access to the highway, nice neighborhood. The home was clean, and the perfect size. Most of all, the owner Phillip was incredibly responsive! He answered messages quickly, gave arrival information promptly, and had great suggestion for courses in the area! Thanks for a great stay!
