Nice designer apartment, air conditioned and renovated located 50 m from the beach (no road to cross) and 50 m from shops (restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets)
With an area of 40 M2 with a terrace of 35M2, it is ideal for families of 4 to 6 people.

It includes 2 separate bedrooms, 1 140cm bed and wardrobe in one bedroom and 1 bunk bed (2 * 90 cm) in the other with 6-drawer chest.

In the living room there is a convertible sofa for 2 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and pressure cooker.

The apartment has a large screen TV (led 100cm) with TNT and HDMI and USB inputs. Free WiFi internet access is available.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.

Sheets and towels are not provided.
The apartment is non-smoking.

Relaxed Holidays in belle France

Very nice and comfortable appartement 50 steps from the beach. Functional kitchen with microwave , cooker and fridge. Two bedrooms and living room, all very clean and tastefull furnished . Air con in every room. Outside area has relaxing seats and barbecue (which was often used by us :) ). Within 5 minutes walking distance there are a lot of restaurants, backery and small supermarkt. Big supermarkts like Lidl or Carrefour can be arrived by car in 10 minutes. Altogether it was great , relaxed holidays . Special Thanks to Stéphane for very sincere and honest hospitality. We would anytime return to this appartement.

Relaxation en bord de plage

Tout est a proximité a pied, plage resto commerces.Si besoin, 10 min de voiture pour aller a carrefour. L'appartement est tres joli et le proprio tres acceuillant. Je recommande vivement aux couples et familles avec enfant bas age...(qui apprecieront les manèges du soir a 5min a pied) ;)

Un très bon accueil. L'appartement correspondait à notre attente et au descriptif. L'accès rapide à la plage est très pratique avec des enfants en bas âges.

Nice apartment, less than 5 minutes to the beach!

Beautifully furnished apartment with two bedrooms, living/dining area, a small functional kitchen and a well equipped outdoor area. The owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks to Stéphane for the useful tips!

A stones throw from the beach

An excellent apartment, very well presented with spacious comfortable bedrooms and pleasant lounge with large tv . WiFi connection good. Kitchen with microwave and two ring hob, large fridge/ freezer and dishwasher As we ate in all but one night, the only equipment that was missing for me was a kettle, but did have a coffee machine; and would have liked to have had a spatula/ fish slice, but managed without for a week.! Crockery and cooking equipment new and well equipped. Nice shower and very clean wc and small modern wash basin, also found a hairdryer was supplied. Outside was a very pleasant sitting /eating area that benefitted from the evening sun. Did not get around to using the barbecue . The two minute or less walk to the beach, meant if needed could pop back to the apartment for a coffee or anything to eat, which would be excellent if a family with young children were staying here, also the patio area was very secure with a gate that could be locked giving real security for leaving youngest to use the area whilst adults were inside. The owner was brilliant and extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Will definitely return to this apartment!
