House for short term rent for this spring and summer.
We offer one 2-bedroom flat, that is suitable for families with children. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is very spacious. Enjoy total freedom and flexibility with these stylish modern home, with purpose-built for the rental market. Recently renovated apartment, located on the 14th floor is just behind the Batumi Aqua Park. The building is approximately 100 meters walking distance from the beach.
Two Studio rooms are also available. They are completely brand-new. It has been renovated in July 2018 and we haven't had any guests in here yet. The studio room has all the required features that you might require during your stays, such as a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop, and as well as a bathroom. The room has a double bed and also a chair bed, which means that 3 people would get very comfortable easily
