Windswept Cottage - Oyhut Bay Seaside Village

Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

Outstanding Cottage

This 3-bedroom/3 bathroom house was perfect for 5 adults! The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the location! It was walking distance to a secluded beach, which we loved for an early morning walk. As our HQ for a short Ocean Shores visit, it was perfect! We would love to come back soon!

Relaxing cottage close to everything!

Had a great stay in Oyhut Bay! Cute cottage with a short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, restaurant and market!

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying on this property. The property itself was very nicely furnished and the layout is perfect for multiple families to stay together. The property management was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the property was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

This place is excellent for taking an older adult with you as one main master bedroom is on the main floor. There was plenty of space for five of us and our dog. We would come back again.

Family Celebration

Senior citizen selected this property for a short ocean visit as it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms for family and friends to rest comfortably and it was perfect. The spotless kitchen and spacious area around it was great for snacking, talking and generally enjoying an ocean getaway.

Great base for our vacation

Very nice home with all the modern conveniences, maybe a little vanilla if you like homes with character. The location across from the grill and a block from the market was great. Had a great time using the house as a base for exploring the area.
