This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (named Poinciana),whole house up to 10-11 people, heated pool located in a prime central location in Mid-island of Estero Blvd. Located in a lush tropical setting with a secluded pool/lanai. This home has been renovated from top to bottom and has a large open floor plan which boasts a fully renovated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. You're just a short three minute walk to the sugar sand beaches Fort Myers Beach is known for. Connecticut beach access number 22 is the closest. So close to the downtown area known as Times Square, you could easily walk or rent bikes at nearby bike rental facilities. View beautiful sunsets from the Fort Myers Beach pier. There is nothing more spectacular than the sunset at dusk. Take a nature walk at Matanzas Pass Preserve and go visit the Mound House Archaeological Park just a half block from the house.
There is a non refundable pet fee for small dogs of $50 each pet, along with a pet waiver. (NO CATS)Minimum of 7 night stay.

Second pet addition $150 but no to exceed 2 pets. Size and breed restrictions/check with owner first. No CATS, clean up after your pet please.

This home was clean & great for experiencing Ft Myers Beach. The house is a short & easy one block walk to the beach. The pool was super for the kiddos to have some good clean fun with. We biked all over the island from the home. The Grocery store is 7 blocks close. We’ll be back.

Ft Myers Beach

House was steps to the beach and the pool was nice. Very spacious. A little sad to see how much still needs to be rebuilt but there is plenty of things open to accomodate a nice stay.
