The condo is 765 square foot with two bathrooms on either side of a bathtub/shower room, so two people sharing the condo each have their own bathroom. The condo has its own laundry room, rather than community laundry, which is a rare find for this area. Additionally, there is both a front patio, and a very private back patio for sunning. The condo comes with one dedicated covered parking space.

The Movie Colony Condos has a community pool (unheated) and a spa, at the front of the complex, only for the six units. The condo has a completely renovated kitchen opening to the living room and dining room. The living room has a 55 inch TV, and includes NetFlix and about 20 local channels (including ABC, CBS, NBC, KCET, NHK, movie channels, sci-fi channel). The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, and a built-in dresser in the bedroom closet, TV, and a computer desk with a printer for your convenience. In short, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or extended stay. The condo is available to one or two people, and is non-smoking. No pets. A 30 day minimum stay is required.
