The villa, fully air conditioned, includes:
- 3 bedrooms, one with dressing room and bathroom (shower + double sink) + a complete bathroom (shower + bath + double basin) all rooms are equipped with cupboards and a new bedding and high of range.
- Large living room 80 m²: kitchen equipped with high-end equipment, lounge area with flat screen TV + home theater.

Large terrace of 50 m² with Jacuzzi, summer kitchen, plancha, deckchairs, lounge

Fenced 800 m² garden with stone pool, covered terrace and integrated pool with wooden beach.

Easy parking inside the property, possibility of closed garage.

Ideal location to visit the department, near AUBENAS, the most important city of southern Ardèche but also VALLON PONT D'ARC (30 km) and its many tourist sites (including CHAUVET cave) or the Ardèche mountain (Mount Gerbier, lake of about 30 kms.

Très bon séjour en famille

Villa très agréable avec une vue magnifique, nous avons pu profiter a la fois du calme et du confort de la maison et des différents sites et villages entre 10/15 minutes et moins d'une heure de voiture comme Vallon pont d'arc ou la la cascade du Ray Pic.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, maison fonctionnelle spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse et de la vue, dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas opérationnel dès notre arrivée, quasi le seul jour de beau temps. Propriétaire sympa et disponible en cas de besoin. A recommander

Villa très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort. Idéale pour des randonnées le matin et le repos l aprem au bord de la piscine. Tout le monde s est régalé. Accueil tip top.
