1BR/1BA Mountain Lodge unit sleeps 4 and enjoys a mountain view. Located adjacent to Snowshoe Village and only steps away from the Ballhooter chair lift, shops, and restaurants. Price includes cleaning fee. Wi-Fi and summer A/C. Nice unit! You will totally feel at home in this cozy condo. Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave. 1 bedroom (QUEEN), 1 bath, ski-in/ski-out condo. Magnificent view of Shavers Lake and the mountains from balcony. Recently remodeled and decorated tastefully. Very clean and cozy. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. Free Internet access. Portable A/C in Summer. Modern kitchen with new oak cabinets. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full size stove and oven. Coffee maker. Cozy living room with a fold-out couch. Flat screen TV`s. Coin operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

Lodging was nice, very convenient to all things in the village. Condo had everything it said it would in the listing. Biggest disappointment was not being able to use the porch due to snow/snowdrift was about 3 ft high on porch, but completely understandable with as much snow as they have had. Really enjoyed our stay!

Property is just as described. Great location right next to the Split Rock Pool and Snowshoe Village. Convenient parking as well. Would definite stay here again.

We had a great stay. Nice that it was on the third floor, it was quiet, easy access fromThe elevator. The only thing I was disappointed at was that we came in with a full dirty dishwasher that I had to run and put away during our stay. Windows in bedroom and living room should have datkening curtains so that it’s not so bright at night and morning. Otherwise, it’s a great spot to stay next to Ballhooter lift.

Great location!

I don't think you can beat the ski in/ski out of the Mountain Lodge. Because of Covid, we ate all of our meals in unit. So convenient to come back for lunch & return to slopes. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay in this quiet unit again.

Mountain Lodge 356

One bedroom units in Mountain Lodge are small and dated- but, you can't beat the proximity to Ball Hooter lift and the view down the mountain.

Had a good stay at this condo the property is exactly what is detailed. The only problem I had staying there is we could not park in the lodge parking had to take the vehicles to the bottom of the mountain.

Simple nice ski in/ski out

Unit is exactly as shown. Simple nice unit for 2 or a cozy 4. Everything in working order. Building is slightly dated but seems to be getting cosmetic upgrades. Location cannot be beat. Price is excellent.

The ability to walk out of the lodge and to the main shopping/eating area made the location perfect for a weekend trip during the fall, before snow season. The lodge itself is older and in need of updates, which is apparantly being done now. The best views come from the area this room is in.......others would have you looking over a parking lot. Our view was beautiful

Mattress was hard as a rock could use an new one for sure, smelled a little like fried food in there? We worked with it as the location for skiing is outstanding! Just would have liked a better sleep for the price we paid!

Fine condo, good location but balcony and poor internet

The location is good and the condo comfortable, in line with the description and pictures. However, the internet connection is not workable for anything more than emails. We had trouble connecting the Roku TVs and finally gave up. For anything critical or streaming videos, I had to use a hotspot from my cell phone. The absence of a balcony (due to construction) should have been included in the description. As we got a generic "construction" update email two days before arrival, this aspect was a bait and switch.

Overall it was ok

Pro: the unit was cleaned well, it did not have any weird smells that are typical for older properties. Location of the lodge and unit are very convenient. The unit is close to elevator but wasn't noisy at all. It was quiet in the evenings. The unit itself is pretty roomy for 3 people it was plenty. Unit has all utensils and pans for cooking. Cons: the furniture really needs to get updated, arm chair has greesy arms from use, it was gross. Couch did too but not as bad. Oven is not working properly and burnt our food. Mattress is pretty stiff in the bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and it was fine. I feel like the experience can be more pleasant with a few upgrades.

Fun New Year’s Eve Weekend

We had a great time! Check in and out went very quick and smoothly. The property was clean. We had the dishes we needed to prepare our breakfasts in. The location and THE VIEW were perfect! The property was directly on the start of a couple trails and immediately serviced by a lift! The beds and pillows were not comfy and it was so hot in the building. You would want to bring pillows and blankets from home for more comfort. The towel and washcloth situation got weird… we booked for 4 and we’re provided towels and washcloths for two. It was difficult to get the front desk to give up more. They also wanted to charge us for a replacement towel after I used my bath towel to dry up water that was tracked in from the unseasonably warm and rainy weather one day. I would have been more comfortable if I had packed extra linens for my family. Despite the small linen inconveniences and the hot building we had a great time during our stay and greatly appreciate the owners of the room we stayed in.

The location of Mountain Lodge can't be beat. And this place was perfect for our family to stay while skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The pullout couch is extremely uncomfortable. I slept on the floor instead. Some of the kitchen appliances and knives were rusted. The heat would not turn off so we just roasted.

This condo has a great view overlooking the lake, would suggest bringing an extra fan or two, the portable AC unit isn't enough to cool the whole condo. One of the box fans in the room wasn't working properly but the front desk gave us another from a different room. Close to elevator, and close to laundry.

Great stay, even better view!

So happy to have booked this place. I've stayed at a lot places in snowshoe over the years and Mojntian Lodge has such a great location (minus having to wait in ballhooter to come back up). This rooms view was on of the best I've had. Room was a bit dated but nice, would definitely book again. Only real reason for the 4 was due to poor cleaning...I don't think they swept(found chapstick and a pop tart wrapper left side of bed, not even under) and I definitely had crusty spots on the table for previous people (yuck). Not the owners fault but they should know the cleaning is very poor. You can't wipe down the table or sweep throughly, especially during Covid. Whats that cleaning fee for then...
