Wonderful private villa for 16 people with private pool, WIFI, TV and pets allowed

Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills that separate the green Valdichiana from the Tiber Valley, located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, in close contact with nature and far from the noise and bustle of the cities.
Moreover, thanks to its position, 600 m above sea level and the large stone walls, the house, even on the hottest summer days, guarantees a cool and comfortable temperature inside, especially on the ground floor.
The Etruscan town of Cortona in Tuscany and the village of Trestina in Umbria are both about 18 km away, while restaurants and small shops for basic necessities can be reached within 5 or 10 km.
You can spend your holiday days bathing in the swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.20-2.40 m, completely fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), playing table tennis and enjoying tasty lunches and dinners in the cool gazebo furnished with tables and chairs next to the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Even the youngest children will have fun on the swing and slide.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
The house is well furnished with Tuscan style furniture.  Possibility to taste and buy excellent extra virgin olive oil and other typical products. Since the house is located in a quite secluded position and in order not to miss a single minute of your holiday, for the day of arrival it is possible to request a shopping service with home delivery (to be agreed before arrival).

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
GROUND FLOOR: large dining room with stone walls, kitchen and guest bathroom (basin and toilet).
FIRST FLOOR: accessible only via an external stone staircase, comprising a living room with stone fireplace, three double bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (for children up to 12 years old), and two bathrooms with showers.
ATTIC: accessed via an internal staircase, living room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and single bed (for children up to 12 years old) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
DEPENDANCE: small stone cottage adjacent to the farmhouse, on two levels, with a small living room on the ground floor and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower on the first floor.

- Refrigerator with freezer, high chair, dishwasher, oven, toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker, blender, capsule coffee machine, microwave

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set).
Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
One baby bed and an high chair (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each one per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. 
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
