About this property

180 degree sea view studio 700m from the beaches

For 2-3 people.
2 adults and possibility of adding a folding bed for 1 person on request.

Located on rue de l'arcipel, in the "residences of the islands" district, on the routes of the sanguinary islands, between the town center and the most beautiful beaches of the sanguinary route.
Superb studio with sea view of 23m2 + 7m2 of terrace equipped with deckchair table and armchairs with breathtaking 180 degree views of the Ajaccio golf course and the sanguinary islands.
The residence has free parking and secure access to the building. The studio is located on the 4th floor lift and overlooks the entire Ajaccio golf course. All photos were taken from the terrace.
The nearest beach is 500 meters on foot, with bus stop equidistant from the city center or from the most beautiful beaches towards the sanguinaries. You have a SPAR supermarket open 7 days a week until 9 p.m. and a tobacco shop 500m away as well as restaurants on the beach.

Equipment: WIFI, microwave oven, fridge, hob. TNT television, electric terrace awning and electric shutters etc ...

In the bathroom is a toilet, a tiled shower and sink.

Sheets and towels provided, Beach towels provided on request.

Malheureusement la propreté n'était à jour, j'ai du refaire du ménage en arrivant car du sable était sur le sol et la cuisine mal nettoyée. Malgré que je l'ai dit au propriétaire ,et même envoyer une photo pour lui montrer, aucun geste de sa part n'a été fait alors que j'ai payé des frais de ménage s'élevant a 50euros
