Magnifique Appartement 3 étoiles 6-8 Personnes Hyper Centre vue exceptionnelle

Cauterets: the snowiest resort in France in 2019 (see the articles on line on Ladepeche .fr of 06/02/2019).

Our housing has been renovated in ecological materials, this duplex is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a DVD player, an internet access by WIFI, a closet with skis
Located in one of the quietest streets of Cauterets, it is located about 30 m from the first shops in the city center, 200 m from the gondola, 2 minutes from the cinema, the casino, the pool and, facing the thermal center "César "and the" Baths of the Rock ".

Prefectural classification 3 stars since October 2012 and renewed end of June 2018.

It is a T4, located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence with 4 apartments. It is 65 m2 and is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people in comfort.

At the first level, you have:
- an entrance with cupboard,
- a spacious bright living-room with a large table for 8 people, a pull-out bench for 2 people (2 x 80), LCD TV, DVD player and Hi-fi,
- an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, multi-function combination microwave oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle etc.
- a bedroom with a bed of 140 and closet,
- a shower room with 1 basin, 1 storage unit and, a shower,
- separate hanging toilets

At the second level, you will find:
- a night hall which gives access to 2 separate attic rooms, each composed of 2 beds of 90,
- another bathroom with washbasin, cabinet, shower and suspended toilets.

You also get a 25% discount on renting your skis and free Wi-Fi!

No need for keys, the access of each occupant is simplified thanks to the access by digicode.

The balance is to return to us no later than one month before your arrival.
Payment accepted: check, cash

We offer the following options to book before your arrival:
- The cleaning service at the end of the stay: 50 €
- The rental of bed linen,
☆ Double bed: 15 € (the unit)
☆ Single bed: 10 € (the unit)
- The towel: 5 € (the unit)

On the day of your arrival you will have to paid extra in Soazig:
- The tourist tax, it amounts to 1.20 € per day and per person over 18 years
- The deposit for the accommodation is 250 € (it will be returned at the end of your stay).

L'appartement est fonctionnel, dommage que le linge de maison ne soit pas inclus, je me serais volontiers passé de faire et défaire les lits. Je n'aime pas la cuisson vitrocéramique. Hormis ces détails très bonne expérience !

Appartement agréable, bien situé, bien équipé. Accueil aimable et aidant. La salle de bains qui accompagne les chambres à l'étage est un plus pour voyager avec des ados ou des amis. À noter, il s'agit d'un troisième étage sans ascenseur et donc inadéquate pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Pas de doute, nous y retournerons volontiers.

Idéalement située en plein cœur de Cauterets, dans une rue calme : toutes activités et tous commerces à proximité. Prévoir toutefois un peu de marche pour le stationnement d'un véhicule en haute saison, et les 3 étages en escalier étroit. Appartement rénové : bien équipé, en bon état et propre. Prestataire de services à améliorer (remise des clés, ménage...), heureusement compensé par la réactivité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

UN EXCELLENT CHOIX POUR UN SEJOUR EN FAMILLE

L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Cauterets. Il est néanmoins très tranquille. Il est lumineux, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes par dessus les toits. Sa disposition est extrêmement pratique pour un séjour à plusieurs, avec ses deux des trois chambres à l'étage et partageant une seconde salle de bain. Seul point à rappeler, situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur, son accès peut être pénible pour des personnes ayant des difficultés de locomotion. Si l'accueil, se fait, de manière un peu impersonnelle par l'intermédiaire d'une agence chez qui il faut aller chercher les clefs à l'arrivée, Cathy, la propriétaire, bien que ne résidant pas sur place, est à l'écoute de ses locataires en cas de problème et fait tout son possible avec la plus grande amabilité pour trouver une solution. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à quatre dans ce spatieux appartement que nous recommandons vivement.

Nice small apartment in the center of Cauterets

The apartment itself is as advertised: small but very nice. Comfortable living room furniture, very special views of the mountains, especially from the kitchen table. Comfortable beds although the one in the downstairs bedroom squeaks on the right side. Good water pressure in showers. Excellent wifi. Door code locks so no worries about keys which was most appreciated. The location in the center of Cauterets was just perfect. Check-in process was a problem. We arrived on a rainy, cold afternoon and had to get on a line outside the agent’s office on the street and wait for about 5 people ahead of us. Unfortunately we weren’t wearing rain gear and had no umbrellas or hats and got wet. I note that parking seems to be a real problem in Cauterets during ski and tourist season. We had to park some distance from the flat to unload. Also, this is not the place for older folks who may have trouble with stairs as there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Would come again.

Avec une météo maussade on a pu se rendre compte que l'appartement est vraiment bien situé, calme et très agréable à vivre. Tout est propre, bien équipé, décoré avec soin. Je recommande vivement !!!

L'appartement, très confortable, bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées. Il est idéalement placé au centre ville de Cauterets mais dans une rue très calme. La présence de deux salles d'eau (une sur chaque niveau du duplex) constitue un atout incontestable .

Très bon séjour

Appartement en duplex très agréable parce qu'il est lumineux, très bien équipé et très bien situé en plein centre de Cauterets. On a une belle vue sur les montagnes, l'appartement est très bien distribué pour deux familles de 3 personnes. Il est calme et on profite du centre ville de soir après les activités de la journée (ski de fond, raquettes, randonnées, etc. en 2021 !). Cathy, la propriétaire, est disponible et à l'écoute.
