About this property

3 BR Walking Distance to ATT, Globe Life & Entertainment District

Sleeps 8 comfortably with privacy in four separate rooms. We can also create a package to include up to 5 seats at Cowboys games if interested.
Guests will have access to the entire house and the backyard. There are three private bedrooms, and one additional sleeping room shared with the laundry room. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
We provide a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, kitchen sponge, trash can liners, and coffee supplies, as well as laundry soap and dryer sheets for units with washer and dryer. Guests should be prepared to replenish these supplies when they run out. We also provide amenity hand and shower soaps. However, guests are encouraged to provide their own personal care toiletries, as well as kitchen supplies such as oil, spices, foil and wraps, bottled water, etc.

Had a group of 6 girls for a weekend and was is a perfect location to the stadium. Plenty of spots for sleep, great outdoor seating, & safe locks. The host is very easy to communicate with and understanding. If you plan of cooking during you stay bring you own aluminum foil!

Perfect home for friends weekend getaway

This house was perfect for 6 friends (3 couples) to get away for the weekend! We went to a Rangers game and had no issues walking the brief mile walk over to the stadium. Great communication with Alice helped our experience!

Just What We Wanted

It was very comfortable for us.Communication with the property manager was good, especially with our late check-in, we had no problems.Someone else mentioned the living room ceiling; yes, you can tell work was done, but they did not leave an open hole, it is close up.The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope it is available the next time we visit our family.

Nice location for stadium events

The house was a comfortable place for our group. We were attending events at Choctaw Stadium and this was a terrific location. I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process as we did not receive the information until 3 hours prior to our check-in time. We were meeting friends and we were not all arriving at the same time so this was a bit inconvenient.

Walking distance to AT&T Stadium, but......

This is an old house, I get it. But this house has soooo much potential to be such a great place to stay. The interior of this house needs a lot of work. The ceiling in places is coming down, there is a hole in the living room floor that was cut out and reset. The bathrooms were re-done but looks like someone just watch YouTube to get it done. The back yard is big but useless and uninviting. Would I stay here again. Yes. But only because I can walk to AT&T stadium. I hope they fix these couple things before next year. It would make it much more enjoyable.

Thank you for your feedback. Other than your comments about some of the aesthetics, I hope your stay was satisfactory. We do our best to keep the property welll maintained and believe it is comparable to similar properties in the area of the same age. The panel cut in the living room floor is practical as it allows additional access to the crawl space under the house, and the kitchen and bathroom renovations were done by professional contractors. We will consider what we can do to make the backyard more inviting. Thanks.

Poor communication

I was not given any information about check in before arriving to the location. When at the location, I had no access code to get into the door. The owner wasn’t answering messages or phone calls. I was outside the location for 45 minutes and on the phone with vrbo for 35 minutes before they got an access code for me. Not at all an ideal situation and thank goodness vrbo was able to help us out otherwise the owner didn’t contact us until later that night about check in instructions
