Next to the main house connected by the roof, is, as adjacent house, the old mill, completely renovated into additional living offered in case you need more room, having a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen fully furnished and two living rooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Large terraces on both the ground floor and the first floor. Around homes can enjoy the rest that offers a large garden and a great pool. Ideal for families with children.
Both houses are equipped with additional cots for children under two years, televisions with satellite dishes, wireless network, iron, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, washing machines and outdoor barbecue.

Family celebration

We were a group of 10. 6 adults ,5 children ranging from 1 to 15. We all went together to celebrate a 1st birthday and a 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place, lots of space for everyone and plenty of room for a quiet space whenever it was needed. Lovely grounds with lots of space for the children to run round and have fun. Lovely property, can't wait to rebook.

Our recent stay was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. Despite the hefty price for the week, the accommodations was incredibly basic and far from what we expected.First and foremost, there is no air conditioning, which was a major issue. We struggled to sleep in the heat, which ultimately led us to search for alternative accommodation. The furniture throughout the villa was outdated and basic, contributing to an overall stale atmosphere that was far from inviting.The outdoor spaces had potential but were largely neglected. It felt like a missed opportunity to create a relaxing environment. Communication with the host was almost non existent, which left us feeling unsupported. Responses were extremely slow in the lead up to our stay, very limited information was provided upon arrival, such as where to place the bins and the directions to the beach. The padlock had also seized up leading to the cut through to the beach, resulting in a 30min walk instead of a 10min walk. Additionally, the condition of the pool was concerning. Several tiles on the pool floor were broken, resulting in cuts on the feet of children in our group. We had to purchase water shoes just to enjoy the pool safely. Furthermore, the pool became very cloudy after a couple of days which led to us not using it for the final couple of days as we assumed the filter system was not working. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding this villa.

Great location

The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed listening to the sound of the crickets and bells from the goats next door. There was a lot of space for our group of 10, including a big table and plenty of chairs outside to have meals together. The outdoor kitchen was appreciated. Lots of space for parking. The house itself is supplied with the basics, and some parts are updated, however overall the annex has a terrible smell of mold and old furniture and there is a serious problem with ants on the floor and in the walls. The beds in the annex are old and uncomfortable. I'm not sure when it was last cleaned, it felt dusty and there were moldy dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The main house is in somewhat better condition. Communication with property owner was slow. For future guests we suggest 1) explaining in advance how to access the road to the beach through the gate. This is essential information and one shouldn't have to ask for it. 2) provide instructions on sorting trash/recycling. 3) inform best way to communicate with owner as emails from the vrbo platform were slow or left unanswered. A small guest book in the house could be a solution for this.

Wir waren mit unserer großen Familie, 14 Personen von 8-75 Jahre in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen , besonders das große Grundstück und den Pool. Der Strand ist ein Traum und in 15 min zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet für so eine Gruppe alles was man braucht, die Zimmer und Bäder sind klein aber o.k., die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der super Gasgrill wurde gern benutzt.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Urlaub. Das Anwesen bietet genug Platz und Rückzugsorte. Mehrere Toiletten und Bäder sind vorhanden. Das Leben kann draußen stattfinden mit Außenküche, Außenbad und großzügigen Tischen mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Das ganze Grundstück bitet viel Privatsphähre, wunderbare Natur und Pflanzen sowie eine geniale Lage zum fußläufigen Meer.... einfach nur traumhaft

Vi var en familie på 8 voksne og tre små børn. Alt fungerede perfekt under vores ophold, hvor vi både anvendte de indendørs og udendørs faciliteter. Værelserne var rene og alt fungerede fint. Med små børn var det en klar fordel at poolen lå lidt fra huset, således at der ikke var stor risiko for at børnene kunne falde i. Værten var meget hjælpsom i planlægningen, og gav os fra start til slut al den hjælp vi kunne ønske os. Alle nød en uges ferie, og vi er klar til at vende tilbage.

Maria has a truly amazing house- surrounded by nothing but pure nature, with large space and a nice garden facility, crystal clear pool and amazing rooms/baths. We were more than delighted with our stay. Every room has a ceiling fan that can be set to different levels and put on a timer. In our week it was very hot but thanks to the closeness to the sea, the pool and the fans- we were able to manage the heat quite good. We came with 8 people in total and one dog- who had the time of his life and never wanted to leave. Would recommend Maria‘s houses any day! The pictures could be improved- as what we found was an even more beautiful scenery and accomodation than we would have ever imagined. Thanks for having us!

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage waren genau wie beschrieben. Die komplette Anlage war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat super funktioniert und Wünsche wurden problemlos umgesetzt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden mit Sicherheit einen weiteren Urlaub dort planen.

Tolles ruhiges Haus mit Mallorka Flair

Wir haben das erste Mal auf Mallorca Urlaub verbracht mit Familie zu neun Personen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. Hat viel Platz. Man hat auch viel Privatsphäre, wenn man das möchte. Der Strand liegt ungefähr 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wunderschöne Gegend mit ganz tollen Stränden. Naturschutzgebiet ist ganz in der Nähe. Ganz nette liebe Menschen. Und vor allem ja auch ganz tolle Lebensmittelgeschäfte ganz in der Nähe. War alles vorhanden alles was man sich wünschen kann. Wir bedanken uns für den ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca mit ihrem Grundstück hat unsere Erwartung mehr als erfüllt. Wir waren mit 9 Personen- davon 2 Kleinkindern- dort. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat prompt auf unsere Anrufe z.B. fehlendes Kinderbett, reagiert. Der Strand ist durch einen Sand/ Waldweg in ca.15- 20 Min. erreichbar, allerdings mit Kinderwagen schlecht begehbar. Es gibt noch einen Weg an einer Straße entlang, ca.30 Min. Zum Einkaufen, für Ausflüge etc. ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich, da die Entfernungen weit sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würden uns erneut für diese Finca entscheiden.

Ein kleines Paradies für Kinder

Das Objekt punktet durch seine Lage mit dem direkten Zugang zu den wunderschönen Stränden über einen privaten Weg ( ein 2. Schlüssel für das Tor wäre wünschenswert). Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten. Die beiden Wohngebäude (Haupthaus und Mühle) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder war ausreichend Platz. Die beiden Küchen sind gut ausgestattet. Die parkähnliche Außenanlage bietet reichlich Platz und besticht durch den gewachsenen Baumbestand. Für Kinder super geeignet. Gleiches trifft auch auf den Pool zu. Ein Schaden im Bereich der Dachterrasse wurde nach einem Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer sofort fachgerecht behoben. Ein Hinweis auf das WLAN Passwort hätte uns am ersten Tag geholfen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist vergleichsweise ganz okay. Unbedingt reichlich Mückenspray mitnehmen.

Nähe zum Strand ok ....dann war es das aber auch schon

Das Haus liegt ziemlich abgelegen und der Taxifahrer der einen Teil unserer Gruppe fuhr, fragte ob sie wirklich hier aussteigen wollen. Bei der Ankunft waren die Fenster aller Räume geschlossen. Beim Öffnen der Eingangstüre kam uns ein extrem starker muffiger Geruch entgegen. In den Schränken und vor allem Schubladen, sowie an den mit Stoff bezogenen Kopfenden der Betten, roch es nach Schimmel. Die im Wohnraum vorhandenen Sofas konnte man nicht benutzen, da diese, sowie die hierauf vorhandenen Decken, einen penetranten Geruch abgaben. Selbst das einsprühen mit verschiedenen “Geruchskillern“ aus dem Supermarkt, brachte stellenweise nur wenig oder überhaupt keinen Erfolg. Auf die in den Schränken notwendigerweise untergebracht Kleidungsgegenstände, übertrug sich dieser Geruch umgehend und begleitete uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Anlage mit dem vorhandenen Pool an sich ist groß, aber leider mangelt es hier an der der notwendigen Pflege. Der im Garten stehenden Brunnen ist verwildert, auf den Flächen neben dem Haus befinden sich Nadeln der vorhandenen Bäumen, hier wurde augenscheinlich schon längere Zeit nicht “durch geharkt“. Die vor Ort erschienene weibliche Kontaktperson älteren Jahrgangs war höfflich und nett, aber mit der Situation total überfordert. Die Konversation war nur auf Spanisch möglich. Im Rahmen der Beschwerde über den Kontakt bei Ferienwohnung Direkt, wurde uns später per Mail durch die Vermieterin erklärt, dass es wohl windig war und geregnet hätte, wir sollen unsere Zweifel mitteilen. Weiter “Entschuldigung, aber wir können die Wetterbedingungen nicht kontrollieren. Es ist ein rustikales Haus, auf dem Land und neben dem Meer. In diesem Bereich gibt es viel Feuchtigkeit und mehr nach Regen.“ Entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten, wir können eine Reinigungskraft schicken. Weitere Angaben oder Anregungen zu einer Lösung gab es hier nicht mehr !!! In einer weiter Nachricht im Portal, wurden wir auf die noch ausstehende Kurtaxe ( 1,50 € pro Nacht und Person) hingewiesen. Die noch ausstehende komplette Summe ( Nachbuchung von zwei Mietern und die Kurtax) sollten wir bei unserer Abreise auf einem Tisch liegen lassen. Dies haben wir nicht getan und wir wurden von der Vermieterin angeschrieben, dass wir wohl vergessen hätte dies zu hinterlegen. Es mag sich sehr easy anhören, aber bei einer dreistelligen Zahl ist die alte Form mit Überweisung und Quittung, noch die beständigste.

Großräumige Finca in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Finca befindet sich in einer außergewöhnlichen ruhigen schönen Lage in Nähe des Strandes Es Trenc. Dieser traumhafte Strand ist über einen privaten Weg (sehr schön auch mit Kindern zu laufen) in 10-15 min zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Besteck etwas veraltet, Grillzange hat gefehlt, Gasherd in Küche funktioniert immer noch nur teilweise, was uns nicht gestört hat). Das Haus war sauber bis auf den Outdoor Gasgrill. Die Gartenanlage ist riesig und für Familien mit Kindern perfekt. Die Pumpe für den Pool war nach einigen Tagen defekt, wurde aber sofort sogar am Wochenende repariert Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Lage nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Lage, Finca leider weniger schön

Die Lage der Finca ist großartig. In nur zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß am schönen Strand Ses Covetes. Durch ein großes Tor, das für Nicht-Berechtigte verschlossen ist, geht es Richtung Wasser. Dass wir für dieses Tor einen Schlüssel haben, mussten wir allerdings selber heraus finden. Vom Hauseigentümer gab es keine Einweisung. Weder für den Strandzugang noch in irgendeiner anderen Form. Wir wurden von niemandem empfangen oder begrüßt. Die Schlüssel lagen unter den Fußmatten. Fertig. Das Haus bzw. die beiden Häuser waren für meinen Geschmack ungenügend ausgestattet. Große oder kleine Schüsseln, SCHARFE Messer, Grillzange, Geschirrhandtücher, Abwaschlappen, eine Wäscheleine, Klammern usw. Vieles mussten wir erst anschaffen. In den Bädern gibt es nicht genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Kleiderschränke rochen sehr, sehr muffig, so dass wir unsere Sachen nicht darin unterbringen konnten. Und auch der Herd, der bereits 2017 von einem Nutzer als kaputt beschrieben wurde, ist immer noch defekt! Das Wlan-Passwort haben wir erst auf Nachfrage per E-Mail erhalten. Gleiches gilt für die zwei Kinderbetten und die Kinderstühle. Die waren allerdings so verkeimt, dass wir sie erst einmal gründlich reinigen und desinfizieren mussten! Positiv erwähnen möchte ich allerdings, dass auf eine Beschwerde-E-Mail sofort reagiert wurde. In den ersten Tagen gab es eine Verstopfung in zwei Bädern. Hier kam sofort jemand und hat diese behoben. Mein Eindruck ist dennoch, hier wird versucht mit der hervorragenden Lage der Finca, möglichst viel Geld zu verdienen, ohne etwas dafür zu tun. Schade! Wir – 14 Personen + 2 Kleinkinder - haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht. Aber die oben beschriebenen Mängel haben die Urlaubsfreude dennoch etwas geschmälert. Da sind wir, was Finca-Urlaub auf Mallorca angeht, wesentlich gepflegtere Anwesen gewohnt. Es muss nicht immer neu und hochmodern sein, aber ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung erwarte ist. Das hat diese Finca leider nicht erfüllt.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Ich kann die insgesamt positive Bewertung absolut teilen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu 8. Ich persönlich würde die 14 Personen , die möglich wären nicht ausreizen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls kein Problem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Was man vielleicht über den Winter austauschen sollte ist der Gasherd in der Finka, hier funktionierten nur 2 Kochfelder und auch die Knöpfe vom Ofen waren sehr schwergängig. Wir hätten natürlich ausweichen können in die andere Küche, aber in dem Fall hatten wir uns in der einen Küche schon ausgebreitet und alles eingeräumt. Ansonsten draußen viel Platz, schöner Pool, tolles Wetter...

Schöne ländliche Finca nahe eines Traumstrandes

Die Zimmer in den zwei Häusern sind gut verteilt und so kann man auch mit einer grossen Gruppe sich gut erholen. Zu Fuss hat man durch einen Privatweg knapp 15 Minuten bis zum Traumstrand Es Trenc. Der Pool ist gross und ermöglicht eine super abkühlung an heissen Tagen. Das Haus verfügt über einen Gasgrill wo man sich selbst verpflegen kann. Ich kann das Haus gut weiterempfehlen und hoffe da erneut einen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Traumurlaub für 9 Freunde

Wir waren in der 2. September Woche mit 9 Personen für eine Woche in der Finca. Die authentische Finca bitte viel Platz und vor allem die Bäder die schön renoviert worden sind haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca hat einen großen Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool der windgeschützt gelegen ist, auch die große Terrasse bietet viel Platz um gemeinsam an einem Tisch draußen zu Essen. Der traumhafte Strand ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Vermieterin, Marie, hat sich sehr für führsorglich um uns gekümmert und alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden schnell erledigt. Wir werden sich nochmal hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Perfecta!

Perfecta, volvería. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el dia de entrada cayó una de las tormentas mas grandes q recuerdo, y los dueños hicieron lo posible porque todo volviera a su ser en el menor tiempo posible. Disfrutamos de la casa y del acceso directo a la playa, a una de las mejores playas de mallorca.

Non tutto bene!

We have enjoyed our stay in the house & found the location wonderful. We would like to bring to your attention a number of issues that we’ve had with the house. Two of the outdoor chairs are broken. The door of the main downstairs bedroom often jams. The downstairs toilet does not drain well. The outside laundry and toilet do not drain well. The number of plates and cutlery is not sufficent for a large group. Wifi is not acccessable in all pf the house. The bbq has broken pieces inside and was not clean when we arrived. It is also too small to cook for large groups. It is necessary to have a weekly check of the chlorine levels of pool.

Simply perfect

We had a fantastic stay at Maria Antonia’s beautiful finca. There was everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The pool was delightful, and the mix of accommodation suited us well. We can’t wait to return!
