The Pinecone House has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, open concept kitchen, private driveway, fenced in backyard, viewing deck, gardens and more. The house is perfect for a solo traveler or friends and family on vacation. Located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood blocks from Indiana University and across the street from Bryan Park. You can walk or take a short Uber ride anywhere in the heart of it all. You have easy access to the shops and amenities downtown and the eastside of town as well. Each bedroom is full of natural light and has a luxury queen pillow top mattress, quality sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and all the necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware and cookware. We stock freshly ground, locally roasted coffee from Brown County Coffee for your enjoyment. The backyard provides additional gathering space with outdoor chairs and a gazebo. It is a quaint paradise, enjoy the native gardens, mature trees and the pinecones. If you just want to chill out on the couch or in bed, enjoy TV or read a book, we have free Wifi as well. If the weather is nice, open the windows and enjoy the breeze, but if not, the house has central heating and cooling for your needs.
** As a reminder, we do not allow gatherings or parties, this is the quiet side of campus and we request a considerate noise level.
