Located in Northern Provo, it is nestled between BYU and UVU, and is a short 20 minute drive to the Sundance resort. Very close to movie theaters, malls, grocery stores, and restaurants. We are within walking distance of free public transit that travels from North Orem to Downtown Provo, and connects with the Frontrunner train which runs to Salt Lake City.
This house has been completely beautifully remodeled and restored with midcentury modern inspired decor. The kitchen is completely new from the flooring to the cabinets to the lights! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need for a long term stay, or if you want to cook a meal. We have all the standard common use appliances, including a toaster and coffee maker, most of which are brand new! I also provide a few spices and tea or coffee to make your stay more comfortable. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and I provide detergent tablets for it.
The 3 bedrooms are located up a half flight of stairs (appx. 6 steps). The large master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress and contains a desk and comfortable chair. The other two bedrooms have queen size mattresses, and each bedroom includes a small reading nook and lamp.
The living room is quite big and has a large screen television with a Bluray player and Roku so you can access your own streaming accounts. We have high speed Google fiber gigabit WiFi internet access throughout the house. I also have a retro gaming system that contains hundreds of original Nintento, Super Nintento, and Sega games, that is available upon request. I've also provided several board and card games that you and your travel companions are free to use! The large living room window has a beautiful view of Mount Timpanogos.
This listing includes a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use. I provide a small amount of detergent you are free to use to wash your belongings during your stay.
This unit is cooled by Air conditioning and heated with central air.
All linens and utilities included. Extra bedding can be found in the house, and extra linens can be provided upon request.
This house is completely private with your own exclusive entrance and carport that leads directly into the kitchen. Check in is easy with a keypad and password unique to you. Carport is large enough for 1 car and there is can easily enough space in the driveway to park another car right behind, and there is street parking should you need more. We live on the property, but will be out of your hair unless you need us!
We've lived in this neighborhood for more than10 years and have raised our children here. We love it! It is a bit of an older neighborhood and many of the houses were built in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, which gives the street a dated feel, but adds to the charm! Perfect for families or small groups. We are close to malls and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and full of families.
Please keep in mind, this unit is above another basement apartment. Each has their own private access, but the original wooden floors, while beautiful, are a bit creaky and the sound transfers downstairs, so please be respectful of the downstairs guest and observe quiet hours between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am.

Very clean and comfortable property! Easy check in with your own door code. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Great sitting room for us all to relax together in the evening.
East to find, easy to park, thorough acclimations, lots of nice additions like soap, paper towels, good lighting. Was a nice place for my family to gather for dinner. Amazing tv!!! Not sure the best part… the tv or the literal parking space 2 feet from door to accomodate my handicap father.
This was an absolutely perfect home to enjoy my local grand kids. I have 5 grandchildren and a great grand baby at BYU. Kitchen and living room were big enough to feed and entertain them all. Kitchen well stocked with all needed dishes. View of the mountains from the windows was breathtaking. The host was amazing to work with. Hope to stay here again Ana again.
the inside of the property was really cute and redone, comfortable beds and plenty of seating. great space. little noise with downstairs neighbors but not terrible
The area was very central and close to lots of places. The house is older but had been fixed up very nicely. The owner was great and worked with us on a couple things.
Charming little place. Really nice updates and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like a home away from home. Host made the stay easy. Great location not too far from BYU campus and located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. Also, an awesome view of the mountains right out the front window.
The property was very convenient to our son’s unit so he was able to spend more time with us. Great restaurant suggestions and a Trader Joe’s maybe 5 minutes away so we could grab snacks and easy meals.
The photos matched the property and the check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only concern is that the downstairs neighbors cooked food with a strong scent and it overwhelmed us upstairs to the point that we had to open windows. Ventilation should be improved, but overall, it was a great experience.
We stayed here while dropping off our daughter to start school at BYU. It was convenient to both BYU's campus and to all the shopping in Orem which we needed to help get her set up in her apartment. It was clean and comfortable and a bonus was how nicely decorated the whole place was! Also appreciated the off street parking.
The property was more or less as advertised. Floorboards do creek. neighborhood was one of the older ones in Provo. It seemed to have a fair number of college students in the neighborhood. Decent for the price
A spacious king room with a desk perfectly fit my needs, and two more queen rooms were great for my sister-in-law and her adult daughter. The spacious family room was also wonderful for our family to gather after the wedding to play games (included) or watch a movie on the massive TV. The full kitchen and pantry were also well used and saved us a ton of money. Two bathrooms was also very helpful when someone was getting ready. I especially liked the carport, which kept the snow off the car the morning we got a few inches. The host was very friendly and attentive, answering all of my questions.

We have been landlords for 10 years and have been hosting short term stays for 2 1/2 years and we love it! We have raised our children in this area and love the safety and familiarity of Provo. We both grew up nearby and know the area very well.
What makes this property unique
We love the location of this place! We are in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything we need! We wanted a duplex, so we could manage the property and learn about homeownership and we really love being able to keep up our house for guests! It's a very unique property on a very unique street. We love the unique character of each different house nearby.
