The apartment is located in a recent and modern small residence, which is very quiet and bright.
you can access the communal pool easily, it is free to access and you can enjoy the deckchairs that are on the terrace of the apartment. it is very nice for a family because it is close to the beach, 3 minutes walk and close to the port of St Florent 5 min by car.
there is free parking at the bottom of the residence.
you can enjoy the WIFI

Appartement agréable, calme et bien placé à Saint Florent.Conforme à l’annonce et aux photos.L’accueil fait par consignes à distance s’est bien déroulé à l’arrivée comme au départ.Mais selon moi comme souvent si c’est possible un accueil en présentiel est préférable.Par exemple l’eau chaude n’était pas en fonctionnement car le fusible du chauffe-eau correspondant n’était pas enclenché au compteur. J’ai trouvé tout seul sans que cela nécessite un appel au propriétaire mais peut être qu’un accueil en présentiel permet d’identifier cela à la procédure d’arrivée.L'appartement était très propre à l’arrivée hormis peut être quelques feuilles sur la terrasse et un peu de poussière sur la table de jardin de la terrasse, mais rien de bien grave.L’appartement est bien équipé et la climatisation est précieuse en ces temps chauds. Elle permet de bien rafraîchir le salon / cusine mais s’avère quasi inopérante dans les chambres car le climatiseur est dans le salon. Pas de difficulté pour se garer en bas de la résidence. Piscine de la résidence très proche agréable.En synthèse bonne location à conseiller
