Located in the dynamic Fontinettes district, in a small, quiet building with 3 apartments.

Free parking in front of the accommodation.

It is close to the Theater and the city center. (7 minutes on foot)

You will have 41m² (25m2 habitable) well arranged with plenty of storage.

The apartment is crossing east / west, it enjoys continuous sunshine from morning to evening.

Renovation work has been carried out recently.

You can enjoy:

- a large main room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area.
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge - microwave - dishwasher - ceramic hob ...) will allow you to cook your meals.
There will be at your disposal coffee maker, toaster and kettle but also coffee and tea.

- A mezzanine bedroom with skylight overlooking the backyard. This room is furnished with a double bed with comfortable bedding.

The convertible will allow the need to have 02 additional beds. It is equipped with a comfortable mattress.
