séjour très agréable

Je recommande. Les photos correspondent complètement à la réalité. L'appartement est très lumineux et a une vue magnifique. Moderne et confortable , je m'y suis senti chez moi.Rien ne manque et tout est très récent et propre. La propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. L'immeuble est de standing avec une grande piscine très calme et une salle de sport fonctionnelle. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et d'épicerie dans le quartier. Et à côté du BTS c'est très pratique . Merci !

Great location great apartment

The building is well maintained, well located, and has nice amenities. Unfortunately the pool is surrounded by other high rise buildings thus keeping the pool too cold for comfort. The apartment was well furnished and was in move in condition having everything that is needed for a comfortable extended stay. The management company and the owner were very responsive when we needed them for some issues upon arriving. The only negative was getting used to a small apartment after living in a large house. Overall we would highly recommend the apartment and the building since the positives highly outweigh the negatives.

decent one bedroom apartment, right next to BTS Phra Khanong

The place was a decent, but small apartment, with all basic amenities. The Apartment block does provide a good fitness centre and a large swimming pool, should anyone fancy that. Being close to BTS Phra Khanong, right on Sukhumvit main road, was a plus point, as could commute easily to downtown area within 10-20 mins ride depending on where you want to visit. It would be helpful should the facility arrange cleaning service at least every other day rather than 2 days in a week, with 2 days advance notice. Only negative point was that there wasnt a nearby place for washing, for solo travelers who don't want to loose time with washing. However, for a couple or small famiy, this may not be a problem as the facility does has washing machine inside the apartment.
