This condo is right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean. It was very clean and the perfect size (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice size kitchen and living area with pull out sofa bed and a great dining table for games!). Easy access to the beach. It was a perfect place to take my family! We had a blast!

Wonderful place for a getaway

Clean and comfortable, great view, easy walk to the beach. Quick drive to restaurants, other attractions. Dishwasher was old and finicky but we made it work.

Everything was wonderful, condo was perfect for my husband and I, furnished great and very clean. Hurricane Francine had a minor impact which gave us an opportunity to visit the Naval Museum, what an experience…..we will return again to Pensacola Beach🏝️

Loved our stay at Regency Towers

This unit is very well appointed and has the most perfect beach view! We had everything we needed, parking was great. The only downfall was the maintenance that was going on in the building (painting, small exterior repairs) which were a little noisy during the day, and a water main break that sent us to the other building for one night - but I know those things are unavoidable. Weather was on the cool side but it was just perfect for us.

Short beach getaway

The location of the condo is fantastic! Right on the beach which is what we wanted. The view from the balcony was great for enjoying our morning coffee. Cleaning staff should check under the sofa bed more thoroughly, when my boys set it up they found crackers. Other than that I would say to add a couple extra towel sets. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Fun Girls Trip

The property was lovely. The condo was spacious and perfect for our group. The only issue was the washer dryer was out of order and was not mentioned to us prior to check in. The managers were accommodating but would’ve been good to know ahead of time. Overall was a good stay and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the only complaints are the ice maker didn’t work and we couldn’t find an ice machine in the property. We were hoping there were a few beach toys/chairs that would be in condo like our friends had in there’s that was in same building but there wasn’t so definitely bring your own!

Code did not work had to call to get reset only took a few minutes. Air conditioning noise on balcony it seem like a lot of outside residents used parking lot to park to get to beach Over all good location. Had everything we needed. Will probably stay again but would look at different unit in towers

Nice condo and great location. It would have been nice to have a few more towels available and items like garbage bags and soap. Two garbage bags are definitely not enough for a family of five and not something I would have planned to bring myself. AC worked great so a couple of blankets would be nice to have available. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed it!

We enjoyed the location of the condo and the layout of the 2 bedrooms. I've stayed at Regency Towers before, so I'm familiar with the amenities and love staying here! The only negative thing I can say about our stay is the water issue with the building and then the leak in our condo which caused our group to be down to 1 bathroom for 24 hrs. I would also recommend a pizza cutter and to let people know that the unit has a coffee pot and not a keurig. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and everything was as advertised. Very quiet, comfortable, and a great view. If I had one complaint, it would be the Wi-Fi. Barely any signal in the master bedroom and signal would drop in other parts of the condo. However, we weren't there for the internet...more the opposite...to get away from it.

GREAT ROOM EXCEPT BALCONY A/C EXHAUST

Room was nice would stay again. My only complaint is the balcony's. The rooms A/C system exhaust is dumping hot air into the enclosure. It has a 5 star view, but not enjoyable if the a/c system is running. A cooler time of the year would make this a awesome balcony experience.
