This retreat sleeps up to 7 people and offers easy access to the beach, local shops, dining, and the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. You'll also enjoy private beach access with ample guest parking, reserved exclusively for Shell Harbor residents and their guests.
Please note: There is a dock on the property that can be walked on, but the boat and lift are not available for use during your stay.

We are Tom and Janet Palermo. We live in Arden Hills, MN and Sanibel is our home away from home. We have two daughters who are married and have 4 grandchildren to date. We’ve been coming here since before we were married and dreamed that someday we could have a place in Sanibel. Our first dream came true in 2014 when we bought a condo (3 BR) at Pointe Santo. Within a few short years our family outgrew the condo and thus our search for a home. We found this perfect fit in 2019. Please enjoy our home as much as we do. Welcome home!
