Appreciated for its calm - its luminosity - its proximity. Lovely duplex T3 - completely redone for 2 couples or 1 couple with children.

The town lives in a sweetness and a calm of its own, you can have your foot on the ground to explore the rest of the island which does not lack treasure to discover.

Semi-detached house with neat decoration, located in a small residence very quiet well wooded and flowery, not overlooked and secure.

You will be 5 minutes walk from the center of the typical village of Sainte Anne with its market, fish sellers, shops and restaurants.
You will also have merchants who will make you discover the flavors and local products, at 350 m Creole rolls, chicken and smoked ribbs and all homemade rums.

1 km from the beach of Pointe Marin (club med),
3.5 km from the beautiful beach of Salines,
40 kms from Aimé Césaire airport.


DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL:

- 1 open kitchen, fully equipped, it has a dishwasher, microwave oven, multi-function robot, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, induction hob 3 burners, oven and fridge / freezer, table for indoor meals as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking lovers, plancha, etc..

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a bed for 2 people, dressing room,

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 new single beds, which can be put in bed in bed 1 person of 200x1.80, 1 sofa bed, storage and television of 82 cm,

Great stay. Great location. Nice privacy

We enjoyed 12 days at les sapotilles and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking hardware and the air conditioning is well placed. Sipping coffee or wine on the patio while looking over the garden was fantastic. The walk is rather short to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and beaches though walking in the heat with kids took some aclimatization. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and only needed to rent a car for 2-3 days to cover a lot of must sees like the zoo, snorkeling by le diamant, and les salines

Petit mais fonctionnel et bien situé

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Martinique dans cette petite maison. Elle dispose d’un beau jardin exotique partagé et bien équipée. Elle est idéalement situé à quelques centaines de mètres du bourg de Sainte Luce, accessible à pieds donc. Un petit checkup de certains équipements fatigués du soleil aurait été bien venu. Maison confortable près du centre de sainte-Anne

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette charmante maison. Les photos correspondent parfaitement a la réalité. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est située à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Sainte-Anne et de ses commerces et a 15 minutes à pieds d’une très belle plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Philippe.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison idéalement située à st Anne . Nous avons été accueilli par la gentillesse de Polly , des fruits frais ainsi que le nécessaire pour le premier petit déj était prévu . La maison est très agréable idéal pour 2 couples ( chacun son intimité ) le jardin est appréciable super fleurie en cette saison ( visite des oiseaux tout les matins) .Cette location à vraiment participée à notre agréable séjour en en Martinique

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la petite maison Corossol avec notre petite fille de 2 ans qui a beaucoup apprécié le jardin et sa terrasse. La maison est idéalement située, à 5 minutes du bourg et ses commerces, et proche de nombreuses jolies plages. La maison est pratique mais nous l'avons trouvée sur-équipée et encombrée par du mobilier imposant, et un manque de place pour installer ses affaires. Ceci dit nous y avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le Corossol au top

C'est notre 3 eme séjour à Sainte Anne et le Corossol a rempli tous nos critères. Maison dans petite résidence au calme , arborée et fermée à Sainte-Anne. A pied : - 3mn de la place du marché et de tous les commerces et commodités ; - 10mn de la plage du Marin En voiture : - 5mn de la plage des Salines. La place de parking privative est un plus quand on connaît la difficulté de se garer dans le Centre ville. La location de Mr Barilliot est rénovée avec goût , fonctionnelle, très très bien équipée . La réalité est encore mieux que le descriptif. Les espaces extérieurs nous ont ravis. Quelle plaisir de prendre nos petits dej. sous l'auvent. Sylvie nous a accueilli : rafraîchissement à notre arrivée. Elle fut une interlocutrice facilement joignable et ponctuelle . Nous étions 2 couples et nous avons apprécié nos 2 espaces nuits indépendants ( chambre + salle de bain). Nous nous sommes reposés ; avons profité de la beauté et la douceur de l'île , des visites du Nord de l'île que nous ne connaissions pas , des resto, des plages . La gentillesse des locaux nous a touché encore plus en cette période de Covid . Ce voyage revêt un caractère particulier et c'est reboosté que nous sommes retournés sur la métropole . Nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner dans cette location pour notre prochain séjour à Sainte-Anne . Alain L C

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est idéalement située à 2 pas du centre de St Anne et super au calme avec le jardin tropical et les colibris qui viennent vous rendre visite sur la terrasse. L’intérieur est très confortable, soigneusement décoré et bien aménagé. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Claude et Nelly et l’accueil de Sandrine était top!
