Panoramic Villa with private pool and whirlpool, green lawn and free wifi

Villa Fiori is located on the Cagliari-Villasimius coast road, near Capitana, in a panoramic position, representing the ideal solution for those who want to spend a holiday in complete relaxation in the swimming pool with hydromassage corner or on the nearby beaches.

Recently built Villa Fiori, with fine finishes and furnishings, is made up of seven rooms:
1a) large and comfortable living room with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, 55 inch LED TV with satellite decoder, Sky (Italy) and DVD and a mezzanine used as a reading room;
1b) linear kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster as well as everything you need (cutlery, plates, pots etc.);
2) master bedroom with double mattress;
3) secondary bedroom with double mattress;
4) bedroom with two single beds;
5) bathroom with tub;
6) room used as a mini-gym in the basement;
7) bathroom with shower in the basement.

Air conditioning.

Outside there is a green lawn garden, barbecue area, hot-cold shower and washing machine. Equipped veranda (table, chairs and rattan lounge) from where you can enjoy the swimming pool and the view of the entire Gulf of Cagliari.

The private 4x8m swimming pool with hydromassage corner surrounded by wooden sun loungers. Pool height from 1.50 to 2 metres.

Internal parking space.

5 minutes away you will find a market, pharmacy, bar, services and numerous restaurants, good local cuisine and welcoming.

The particularly good position of the villa allows you to reach Cagliari and its beauties within 20 km. (museums, archaeological sites, theatre, cinema, discos, shops etc.). The beaches of the coast are just a short distance away: Poetto 11 km of white beach, Capitana, Flumini, Capo Boi, Solanas, Torre delle stelle, Mari Pintau, Kala e moru, Villasimius and Costa Rei. Furthermore, ten minutes away, you can admire the pink flamingos present in the Molentargius pond. In the spring-summer period there are numerous village festivals and celebrations in the area.

Once in Sardinia - you never change the destination

Upon an amazingly friendly welcome the real vacation started: the sea, the beaches, the pool, the house, the local tastes from fruits to cooked ham, from a simple mussel to high end fish. The sunshine, the clear sky, the moon at night, the breeze and even a bit of rain. Sounds like a standard vacation package but when served with the Sardinian hospitality and and within the beauty of the local environment it makes each vacation in Sardinia unique, special and of choice for each one who tried. Try it out - its all there in Quartu Sant'Elena!

This was a well equipped villa in a great, peaceful location with wonderful views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets. The villa is up an unmade road but only 5-8 mins from a deserted local beach and several supermarkets. Travel for 15-30 mins and you'll find many beaches, some with wonderful crystalline waters and many facilities. We are keen cooks and were delighted with the quality and variety of kitchen equipment. The owner also provided useful extras such as a sun umbrella and cool bag/ice packs. A car is essential. I have mobility issues - there are a number of steps from the car to the villa but once up to the front door, all rooms are on the ground floor, except the inside shower, which is in the basement. This has a good power shower with large shower tray. The outside pool shower is secluded and has hot/cold water so I used this as my main shower for the entire holiday, which was very handy. The owner Mario and his son-in -law Fabio were lovely to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. We'd never visited Sardinia before but would love to return to this beautiful country. All in all a great holiday - a big thank you to Mario and Fabio from Carol and family.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is beautiful and very quiet. Extremely clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and perfect space outside. This includes a couple of tables, sunbeds, chairs and outside kitchen. The most amazing thing is the panoramic view - it is simply stunning and being able to watch the sun set over the mountains and sea is amazing. The kitchen is also very well stocked with all things you could require. Mario, the owner is charming and very welcoming. He doesn't speak English but no problem with google translate. A couple of things to be aware of is that you 100% need a car. You cannot walk to any shop or restaurant. It is a couple of miles up very steep roads. This was not a problem for us although a night at a bar would have been an added bonus. You also need to pay extra if you want bed linen and towels. Apparently this was in the contract but I did not see this on booking. It is 30 Euros a person or a bed, I'm not really sure! You also need to pay for all electricity used on check out. Again, these things are not problematic so long as you are aware. If you are looking for a hideaway retreat this is a great villa.

Our holiday in villa fiori

The property is set on a hill with a lovely view of surounding mountains and some coast.It is nestled between 2 other properties .This can reduce the privacy at the pool when sunbathing as the neighbours have a view of the pool area.The pool is small and very deep ,not suitable for young children.Access to the property is via small uneven and some dirt roads so a car is essential.It is also necessary to climb a series of steps up to the house.The house is presented very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. We were informed on arrival that we would be charged 15 euros per person per week for linen and towels which came to a total of 150 euros. This charge was not explained on booking.We were also advised that an extra cost would be charged for air conditioning if overused.There were 2 air conditiong systems .One was not very effective and we couldnt use the second as it did not turn on.There are 3 showers.One in the main bathroom which is over the bath.This required you to sit down in the bath.The second shower in the basement was not functioning as it did not drain at all and there was a bad smell .Mario told us on the last day that he did not use this shower generally.This was concerning as the water would have been stagnant before our arrival as the first guests of the summer.The ouside shower had no water pressure.It is not possible to take a walk on the surrounding roads as the surfaces were uneven and mostly dirt roads . Overall our stay was pleasant .

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Alles war picobello sauber und bestens vorbereitet – sogar ein kleiner Welcome-Snack stand für uns bereit. Es mangelte wirklich an nichts, die Ausstattung ist top und sehr durchdacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Fabio, der super hilfsbereit war und uns jederzeit das Gefühl gab, in den besten Händen zu sein. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.Nur die Pool-Pumpe konnte die Idylle trüben! Hier wäre es super gewesen, wenn man sie nicht allzu laut gehört hätte. Immerhin läuft sie täglich 2x3 Std. Ein Auto ist außerdem ein Muss – aber hat man den Berg einmal runter geschafft, liegen viele schöne Orte und Ausflugsziele direkt in der Nähe. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ruhiges und komfortables Haus

Das Haus hat eine gigantische Aussicht, vorallem der Ausblick Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, die Straßenverhältnisse zum Haus etwas turbulent, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unweit entfernt, der Flughafen Cagliari ca 40 Minuten. Herr Fiori ist ein sehr sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, Tipps rund um die Insel gibt er gerne weiter. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Een perfecte plek voor je vakantie

Het ontvangst en contact met Fabio (de schoonzoon van Mario) was top. Erg behulpzaam en netjes. Het huisje is prettig en degelijk. Het interieur is niet helemaal onze smaak, maar daar kun je makkelijk doorheen kijken. Fabio heeft een leuke en leerzame pizza workshop gegeven. Mario is ook heel aardig.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhige Umgebung, traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht, Pool, Grill, Liegestühle, Ausstattung der Küche, Fernsehen, etc. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend u. hilfsbereit. Unterstützt wurde er von seinem Schwiegersohn, der neben Englisch auch etwas Deutsch spricht, was die Kommunikation erleichterte. Man braucht ein Auto um Einkäufe zu erledigen u. an den Strand zu fahren. Dieser ist ca. 7 Min. entfernt u. sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour d’une semaine dans une villa sur les hauteurs avec vue magnifique sur la plaine, la mer au loin et les montagnes. Beaux couchés de soleil que l’on admirent depuis la piscine de bonne taille non sécurisée. Espace extérieur bien équipé avec douche pour le retour de la plage, 2 coins repas, barbecue, pergola, transats, étendage, gazon impeccable… maison également bien équipée. Cuisine fonctionnelle, nombreuses aromates, liquide vaisselle.. Climatisation si besoin, une belle fraîcheur au sous sol. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Accueil chaleureux par Mario qui a toujours le sourire. Communication facile par Whatsapp. A noter 15€/pers pour le linge de maison avec serviettes de bain et de piscine. A mi chemin entre Cagliari et villasimius.

Das Haus ist super. Absolut sauber. Wirklich alles da. Man braucht überhaupt nichts mitnehmen. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und der Pool ist bei den Temperaturen Gold wert. Mario war ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings nichts für tiefergelegte BMW's oder ähnliches. Ein Landrover muss es aber auch nicht sein. Wirklich schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 15-30 Minuten erreichbar. Aber auch in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Ob's einem da gefällt, muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Alles in Allem: wir fanden es hervorragend und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Tipp bzgl Restaurant: le camelie. Etwa 3 km vom Haus entfernt. Eine der besten Pizzen, die wir je in Italien hatten

Una casa bellissima

La casa è molto bella pulita con un giardino curato e recintato che la circonda. La piscina è spettacolare e la vista meravigliosa. Ho soggiornato 15 gg con la mia famiglia e i miei due cani e nessuno voleva più andarsene. l'oste, il sig Mario è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale. La strada per arrivarci è sterrata ma se sono riuscita io con la mia piccola e carica macchina penso non possano esserci problemi per nessuno. È adatta a tutti coloro che vogliono la tranquillità a pochi km dalle bellissime spiagge della Sardegna e consiglio di trattarla con cura perché poiché il primo a farlo è proprio il suo proprietario e si vede.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe mit Meerblick und ist sehr gepflegt. Aller war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mario ist sehr nett und bemüht sich sehr. Die Kommunikation war via Google Translater kein Problem. Mario kommt einmal die Woche um den Pool sauber zu machen und neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu bringen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes stand Mario jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir durften sogar Tomaten und Auberginen ernten, die Mario dort anbaut. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt und ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bellissima vacanza

Quest’anno, data la situazione particolare, abbiamo optato per una vacanza alternativa prendendo una villa che doveva necessariamente avere la piscina, volevamo evitare l’affollamento del mare. Nella villa di signor Mario abbiamo trovato un’ottima alternativa: casa comodissima, dotata di tutte le comodità, in perfetta privacy e con un panorama mozzafiato. Signor Mario è stato molto gentile, discreto e disponibile, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più .... consigliatissima!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Ort, in einer wirklich ruhigen Umgebung mit tollem Pool. Ideal um sich abends noch einmal nach dem Essen abzufrischen oder für Kinder, wenn man einen Tag Strandpause machen möchte. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden um sich perfekt selbst verpflegen zu können. Für Wäsche/Handtücher müssen 10EUR/Pers/Woche gezahlt werden, wenn man diese nicht von zu Hause mitnehmen möchte . Für den Stromverbrauch wird hinterher ebenfalls eine Pauschale von ca. 0,25EUR pro Kw/h erhoben. Der Vermieter Mario ist sehr nett, erklärt einem alles und ist auch per Whatapp immer zu erreichen. Zum Ortsstrand Flumini in etwa 5-10 min mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es aber, wer Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu mieten sucht, keine zu mieten. Man muss hier dann schon zu den Stränden wie poetto (Richung Cagliari) fahren. Wunderschöne Badebuchten gibt es auf den Weg nach Villasimius und vor allem in Solanas. Herrlicher Sandstrarnd mit traumhaft klarem Meerwasser. Hier gibt es auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Allerdings sollte man zeitig an den Strand, da diese bereits vergeben sind. Die Liegen konsten zwischen 19 und 30 EUR, je nach Strand mit einem Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen. Also nicht ganz günstig. Auch für dort teilweise vorhandenen Duschen muss gezahlt werden. Ein rundum sehr schöner Urlaub mit toller Unterkunft.
