This is 100% not a party house and is for the most respectful and well traveled guests, only!!! If you intend to party please do not book this house, you will be kicked out and there is no refund!!!
Due to permitting requirements, no more than 8 guests total are allowed at this home!
Modern and newly built home located right on the edge of beautiful, safe and elite lake Oswego neighborhood. Home is 15 minutes walking distance to downtown Lake Oswego shopping, parks, the movies and Farmer's Market. House has 4 br plus office and 2.5 baths. All four bedrooms have queen size beds! There is 2.5 bathrooms, dining room with 6 chairs and gourmet kitchen!

Host was great with communication. The house is great and located in a superb area. Could use more kitchen items since we tried to eat in quite a bit- other than that it was excellent. Would stay there again.

spacious and great hangout layout

Nice quiet neighborhood in the heart of Lake Oswego by the lake. We came for our tennis sectionals. 5 of us ladies. 4 wanted their own bedroom. But the office is a seperate room with a very comfortable leather type sofa (don't know if it folds open. But good for one person. Note: the 1/2 bathroom descripion is wrong, it is on the main floor (by the office and one of the bedrooms.), but it is only a toilet and sink. Both bathrooms are upstairs, one in the master, and one in the hall for easy access. Laundry upstairs too and has utility sink. Kitchen has quite a bit of pots, pans, utensils. Need a few more serving type bowls and plates, but we got creative. There was at least one decent knife . I brought my own a toaster oven ... that was very helpful for our type of breakfasts we needed. Description does not mention a BBQ Grill but there is one and it worked great. The living room (photo needs to be updated) has wrap around sofa and chair and hassock on stair wall now. Living room, dining room and kitchen is open concept . Living room is lots of comfy seating to sit and talk or watch TV. The eating table is roomy and people in the kitchen still part of all the conversations. Large spacious island for added workspace, serving area for your food and stools. This house may not be a party house but it was perfect for us to hang out, laugh with each other, and have a peaceful night of sleep in this quiet neighboorhood. The beds were not as comfortable but nice bedrooms per my housemates... my office sofa was for me! lol (I drove so I did bring my own flat sheet, pillow and blanket so I knew I would sleep well). Sanela was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely stay at this home again!

Needs better cleaning service/linens/towels

The house is super nice/new but there was a thick layer of dust and cobwebs, master bath rugs dirty/bleach drips, and bedding was sub par. And being asked to pack out used toilet paper after bowel movements was very odd. Owners were responsive and say they are addressing the cleaning issues.

Great Location but cleanliness issues.

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this property for our family visit to Portland. However, upon checking in, we had some cleanliness issues to deal with. The overall house was clean but the soap that was left for guest use was a USED bars of soap in each bathroom (complete with other people’s hair stuck to it 🤢). There was old food left in the fridge with some bottles that had expired two years ago. I’ve never been to a rental where there was any food in the fridge already so that was a (gross) surprise. The backyard had dog poop on the grass, old towels laying around and cigarette butts on the ground. The garage smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a utility knife left out which is clearly not ideal when you have little kids around. Lastly, the place needs better window coverings! Hard to sleep in some rooms because the morning sunlight was intense and the curtains were too sheer to block out the light. Also felt a little exposed in the bathroom where there were no coverings. 😳 On a positive note, the house is very modern and beautiful and we were able to enjoy it once we took care of the other issues. It’s just hard to trust the overall cleanliness when you have to do some of the cleaning yourself. And definitely bring a sleeping mask if you like to sleep in!

Great location but VERY dirty!

Super location - walk to town and park, which is nice. Decent neighborhood to go for a jog, etc. Unfortunately, we showed up and there was trash in the front by the garbage cans (cans were not put away but scattered about, likely from the trash service), the house had not been vacuumed (crumbs, hair, etc. on all floors), the cabinets/pocket doors/surfaces had spills and dirty fingerprints....need I go on? We were particularly concerned with the lack of cleanliness, given the pandemic, however we set to work CLEANING IT OURSELVES upon arrival. I communicated the issue to the owner, who was surprised, but I did not hear anything further after sending evidence photos. Would not recommend due to this massive oversight.

Lots of room, close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay; the property easily accommodated 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teens. We loved the large kitchen and sitting in the backyard. It was an easy walk to downtown with some shops and restaurants only 5 minutes away. Communication with and responsiveness of owners was fantastic!! The only downside was there were light window coverings in the bedrooms so bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. Excellent experience overall.

Nice house, garage is too short for trucks, suvs, no TV issues with internet. House was not supposed to be short term rental in the area, we found out by locals.

Wonderful home

This home was perfect for our needs. Clean, well-stocked and was in a convenient location in Lake Oswego. Thank you for sharing your home with us! My only suggestion is to add window coverings in the master bedroom and bath -- the windows do face another house and definitely felt a little exposed in there. :) Otherwise, all was wonderful with the house!

Clean & Modern Home - Safe Area!

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was nice and spacious. Very clean and modern. Loved the kitchen area and the couches were comfortable, as well as the beds. The hosts were very attentive, nice, and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing is, the house is not on the Lake as pictured. It is a short walk, however!
