This home is also perfect for those with limited mobility and/or mobility devices as there are no steps in the home, the front door is step and ledge free, and both showers have low ledges and adjustable shower heads.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a stripped comforter, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom holding a walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom holds a queen bed with a floral comforter and flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom holds a full bed and a convenient desk area. Between the guest bedrooms is a full bathroom with an over-size walk in shower and a double vanity.

Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. The hot tub does feature an electric heater so it will only be heated when the weather is warmer than 68F, so please consider this if booking during the Winter. The majority of the year will be well warmer than 68F, but the Winter can see cooler nights.

Parking: the home includes a 2-car garage and a 2-car driveway. Guests can have up to 4 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, as long as 2 vehicles are in the garage. No parking is permitted on the street or blocking the sidewalk. No trailers are allowed on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request after booking.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
