Beautiful home right in the heart of everything. Nicely furnished. Large bedrooms All with very comfortable beds. This home features 2 separate entrances. There is 2 large kitchens. 3 large full bathrooms. There is a huge covered Deck with a swimming pool next to it. There is plenty of room for 13 people to sit out there and be comfortable. The bedrooms are super large. Great floor plan. Air conditioning in all the rooms. You won't be disappointed in this home and especially the price.

We are a couple who lives in Melbourne Beach Florida. We came to Aruba years ago and fell in love with it. You just can't beat the weather. It is more of an arid island and it does not rain much. Mostly sunny days. It is never humid. They have the trade winds so there is always a breeze in the air. The island is the most beautiful down by the beach. You can walk all along the high rises and marvel at the beauty of them all.
Why they chose this property
This property is one of the largest in Aruba. The back yard is huge with a very large covered patio that seats 14 people easily. The weather is always beautiful so this is like a living area. I have a TV out there and several couches and chairs for your comfort. The town of Palm Beach and Kamay in Noord is very close to the High rises. You can see the Surf Club Marriott from the back yard that is how close you are. You could walk to the beautiful Palm Beach Plaza with all the shops and restaurants. It is a great location with many new homes just built in the area.
What makes this property unique
This home has the main house with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and the back house with a one bedroom, one bath . It has 2 kitchens, which is fabulous when having 14 guests. 2 refrigerators which is great when having so many people. 2 stoves if you need extra burners to cook on for your gang.
